Tansiyonun d\u00fc\u015fmesi, \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131, h\u0131zl\u0131 hatta h\u0131r\u0131lt\u0131l\u0131 nefes al\u0131p verme gibi de\u011fi\u015fen durumlar da s\u00f6z konusudur. Bu hastal\u0131k, genelde ileri ya\u015fta kalp damar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, diyabet, b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi gibi kronik hastalarda \u00f6l\u00fcmlere yol a\u00e7abiliyor. S\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131 hayat\u0131 tehdit etme potansiyeli \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fczba\u015f\u0131o\u011flu, klasik s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131ndan en \u00e7ok etkilenen grubun bak\u0131ma ve yard\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7 duyanlar oldu\u011funu aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>G\u00fcne\u015f alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar risk alt\u0131nda<\/h3>\n<p>Eforlu meydana gelen s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131nda ise daha \u00e7ok gen\u00e7 eri\u015fkinler ile s\u0131cak alanlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak zorunda olan meslek gruplar\u0131n\u0131n etkilendi\u011fini ifade eden Y\u00fczba\u015f\u0131o\u011flu, bu duruma en \u00e7ok tar\u0131m ve in\u015faat i\u015f\u00e7ileri ile sporcular\u0131n maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u00e7. Havalar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131yla kronik ila\u00e7 kullanan ki\u015filerde bir rahatlama meydana geliyor ve ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 aksatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Yeterli s\u0131v\u0131 miktar\u0131, yeterli g\u0131da ve serin yerlerde durarak bu hastal\u0131ktan uzak durmak gerekiyor. Eforlu olanlar i\u00e7in yani tar\u0131m i\u015f\u00e7isi, askerler ve sporcular\u0131n y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda fiziksel aktiviteden uzak durmalar\u0131, koruyucu k\u0131yafetlere dikkat etmeleri ve yeterli s\u0131v\u0131 almalar\u0131 gerekiyor. Baz\u0131 ila\u00e7lar, v\u00fccut \u0131s\u0131 dengesinin ayarlanma dengesini bozabilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131zla ilgili de bir d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131 do\u011fabilir.
