Dr. Adnan T\u00fclek, AA muhabirine, lavanta ekimlerine 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda 20 dekarl\u0131k deneme tarlas\u0131nda ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Lavanta \u00fcretiminde d\u00fcnyada s\u00f6z sahibi olan Bulgaristan&#8217;daki G\u00fcl ve T\u0131bbi Bitkiler Enstit\u00fcs\u00fcyle i\u015f birli\u011fi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan T\u00fclek, ekonomik de\u011feri olan lavanta \u00e7e\u015fitlerini Trakya&#8217;ya kazand\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Deneme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar elde edildi\u011fini belirten T\u00fclek, &#8220;\u00d6zellikle d\u00fcnyada ticari de\u011feri olan &#8216;Lavandula angustifolia&#8217; t\u00fcr\u00fcne ait \u00e7e\u015fitleri Bulgaristan&#8217;dan temin ettik. Daha sonra enstit\u00fc bah\u00e7esinde bunlar\u0131n denemelerini yapt\u0131k. &#8216;Hemus&#8217;, &#8216;hebar&#8217;, &#8216;sevtapolis&#8217;, &#8216;yubileyna&#8217;, &#8216;raya&#8217; ve &#8216;druzhba&#8217; \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin adaptasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131k ve ba\u015far\u0131 elde edildi. Her birinin i\u00e7erdi\u011fi ya\u011f kapasitesi farkl\u0131.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fclek, \u00fcreticilere rol model olma amac\u0131yla yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda lavanta \u00fcretiminin Trakya&#8217;da her y\u0131l artarak devam etti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/a54ea27f-6036-4f79-88c6-6bc9ba19a35d\/08_Nisan%2F07%20haziran%2F10%2FAA-31552249.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Lavanta \u00e7ok y\u0131ll\u0131k bir bitki&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Trakya topraklar\u0131n\u0131n lavanta i\u00e7in uygun oldu\u011funu ifade eden T\u00fclek, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Lavanta \u00e7ok y\u0131ll\u0131k bir bitki. Ekonomik \u00f6mr\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 y\u0131l ve ekiminin ikinci y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren verim elde edilmeye ba\u015flan\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgemizde de \u00f6zellikle marjinal alanlar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde lavanta \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Bu alanlarda lavantan\u0131n daha \u00e7ok katma de\u011fer sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcreticilerimize anlat\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Elde edilen nihai \u00fcr\u00fcn u\u00e7ucu ya\u011f. 100 kilogram \u00e7i\u00e7ekten ortalama 2 kilogram u\u00e7ucu ya\u011f elde edilebiliyor. Bu ya\u011flar kozmetik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ham madde olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Y\u0131llar itibariyle fiyat\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte lavanta ya\u011f\u0131n\u0131n birim fiyat\u0131 litre ba\u015f\u0131na 40-120 avro aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Arz talep dengesine ba\u011fl\u0131. \u00d6zellikle Bulgaristan ve Fransa&#8217;daki rekolte bu fiyat dalgalanmas\u0131n\u0131 belirliyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/a54ea27f-6036-4f79-88c6-6bc9ba19a35d\/08_Nisan%2F07%20haziran%2F10%2FAA-31552252.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>Bir dekar lavantadan 10-15 kilogram bal elde ediliyor<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fclek, lavanta bal\u0131n\u0131n da ticari olarak \u00f6nemli bir de\u011feri oldu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Lavanta bal\u0131n\u0131n vatanda\u015flar taraf\u0131ndan tercih edildi\u011fini aktaran T\u00fclek, &#8220;Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bir dekar lavantadan 10-15 kilogram bal elde edildi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Bu t\u00fcr \u00fcr\u00fcnler de ikincil olarak \u00fcreticimize gelir getirmi\u015f oluyor.
