T\u00fcrkiye Beslenme Rehberi&#8217;ne g\u00f6re, haftada 2,5-3 porsiyon k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 veya beyaz et t\u00fcketilebilir. Pi\u015fmi\u015f k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et ve beyaz etin 80 gram\u0131 bir porsiyondur.<\/p>\n<p>Kurban Bayram\u0131&#8217;nda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan yemek kavurmad\u0131r. Kavurma, kendi kuyruk ya\u011f\u0131 ya da ba\u015fka bir ya\u011f eklemek yerine etin kendi ya\u011f\u0131yla, az suyla ve k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte pi\u015firilerek t\u00fcketilmelidir. Et, C ve E vitamini i\u00e7ermedi\u011finden, bir tabak et yeme\u011finin yan\u0131na \u0131zgara sebze ya da salata, birka\u00e7 dilim tam bu\u011fday ekme\u011fi ve bir bardak ayran ya da bir kase yo\u011furt yenilmesi dengeli bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnd\u00fcr.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Etin bile\u015fiminde protein, ya\u011f, mineraller ve vitaminler bulundu\u011funa da i\u015faret eden Atabey, &#8220;\u0130yi kalite protein i\u00e7erdi\u011fi ve protein oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli protein kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131zdan biridir.
