Ayn\u0131 zamanda hidrojen teknolojilerine yat\u0131r\u0131m ve politikalar\u0131n kapsam\u0131 geni\u015fletildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, ABD ve AB \u00fclkelerinden Almanya ve Fransa ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, bir\u00e7ok Arap ve Afrika \u00fclkeleri ile Avustralya, Kanada aras\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmalarla ye\u015fil hidrojen al\u0131m ve ihra\u00e7 giri\u015fimleri ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l mart ba\u015f\u0131nda AB Komisyonu&#8217;nun &#8220;REPowerEU&#8221; adl\u0131 ortak eylem plan\u0131 yay\u0131mlad\u0131, AB&#8217;nin &#8216;Fit for 55&#8217; anla\u015fmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 5,6 milyon ton (Mt) ye\u015fil hidrojen \u00fcretimi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<p>REPowerEu eylem plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ise, buna ek olarak 15 milyon ton ye\u015fil hidrojen \u00fcretimi hedeflendi ve b\u00f6ylelikle Rusya&#8217;dan al\u0131nan y\u0131ll\u0131k 25 ila 50 milyar metrek\u00fcpl\u00fck do\u011fal gaz\u0131n ikame edilebilece\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Hidrojen ve ilgili teknolojilere 2017-2019 aras\u0131nda hi\u00e7 yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmazken, \u00fclkelerin iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadelesinin de \u00f6ncelendi\u011fi ve yerli kaynak kullan\u0131m\u0131n art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi sava\u015f d\u00f6neminde, 1,5 derecelik k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k azalt\u0131m senaryosu kapsam\u0131nda bu alandaki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar y\u0131ll\u0131k 133 milyar dolar olarak hesapland\u0131. Bu d\u00f6nemde y\u0131ll\u0131k 2,7 gigaton karbon emisyonunun \u00f6nlenmesi hedeflendi.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, 2031-2050 d\u00f6neminde bu sekt\u00f6re d\u00fcnya genelinde y\u0131ll\u0131k 176 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m gelmesi bekleniyor. \u00d6zellikle ye\u015fil hidrojenin do\u011fal gaz ve petrol\u00fcn yo\u011fun olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerji a\u011f\u0131r end\u00fcstrilerden \u00e7elik \u00fcretiminde anahtar rol \u00fcstlenece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylelikle, Rusya-Ukrayna Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n birinci y\u0131l\u0131 geride kal\u0131rken, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te d\u00fcnya genelinde hidrojen piyasas\u0131 olu\u015fturma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131z kazand\u0131, bu sekt\u00f6re yap\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenen yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n kapasitesi artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h4>&#8220;Hidrojen 1.0 ekonomik s\u00fcreci ba\u015flad\u0131&#8221;<\/h4>\n<p>Hidrojen Teknolojileri Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u0130brahim Din\u00e7er, Rusya-Ukrayna Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle Avrupa&#8217;da kaynak \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi konusundaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve hidrojen ekonomisinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 \u00e7abalar\u0131nda ivmelenme ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Hidrojen kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik te\u015fvik, destek programlar\u0131 ve mevzuat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fti\u011fini ifade eden Din\u00e7er, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hidrojenin enerji ve ula\u015f\u0131m sekt\u00f6rlerinde kullan\u0131m\u0131nda son iki y\u0131lda \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00f6z konusu. Sanayisini karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rmak isteyen ba\u015fta Avrupa olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede hidrojen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131. Almanya&#8217;n\u0131n yan\u0131nda Fransa da bu d\u00f6nemde n\u00fckleer ve hidrojeni \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karan \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Din\u00e7er, \u00fclkelerin hidrojen ekonomisini geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na h\u0131z verdi\u011fini belirterek, bu alanda ekosistem olu\u015fturma \u00e7abalar\u0131 ile ticaretinin de ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkelerin bu alanda istihdam olanaklar\u0131 yaratma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011funu ifade eden Din\u00e7er, &#8220;Hidrojen 1.0 ekonomik s\u00fcrecine de girildi. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te hidrojen sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015ftirilmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitimi ve yeti\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n da bir an \u00f6nce ba\u015flamas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Hidrojenin ula\u015f\u0131m sekt\u00f6rlerinde son iki y\u0131lda \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczde 10 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ciddi hedefler konu\u015ftu.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc dile getirilen Din\u00e7er, &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 7 b\u00f6lgesini i\u00e7eren bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla, g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar, jeotermal, hidroelektrik, ak\u0131nt\u0131 ve biyok\u00fctle gibi farkl\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131 ve potansiyellerini incelemi\u015f, hidrojen \u00fcretim potansiyelleri 7 b\u00f6lge ve 81 il i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Burada T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 500 milyon tonun \u00fczerinde bir \u00fcretim imkan\u0131n\u0131n olabilece\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
