DS\u00d6, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 1 milyar ki\u015finin &#8220;sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bozacak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde v\u00fccutta anormal veya a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f birikmesi&#8221; olarak tan\u0131mlanan obezite ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00fcrkiye, Avrupa&#8217;da obezitede ilk s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor<\/h3>\n<p>DS\u00d6 Avrupa B\u00f6lge Ofisi taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan 2022 Avrupa Obezite Raporu&#8217;na g\u00f6re, Avrupa&#8217;daki yeti\u015fkinlerin y\u00fczde 59&#8217;u ile yakla\u015f\u0131k her \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7ocuktan biri a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilolu ya da obez.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 rapora g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye, Avrupa&#8217;da obezitede ilk s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de yeti\u015fkinlerin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 59&#8217;u a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilo veya obezite sorunu ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya. Obezite g\u00f6r\u00fclme oran\u0131 erkeklerde y\u00fczde 30, kad\u0131nlarda ise y\u00fczde 40 civar\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Her 10 \u00e7ocuktan biri obez&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Gazi \u00dcniversitesi (G\u00dc) T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131, Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Anabilim Dal\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Mustafa Necmi \u0130lhan, AA muhabirine, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de de g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 giderek artan obezite ile ilgili bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye \u00c7ocukluk \u00c7a\u011f\u0131 Obezite Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n, \u00e7ocuklarda obezite oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseldi\u011finin ortaya koydu\u011funu belirten \u0130lhan, rapora g\u00f6re, obezitesi bulunan \u00e7ocuk oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 8,3&#8217;ten 9,9&#8217;a y\u00fckseldi\u011fini, yani yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak her 10 \u00e7ocuktan birinin obez oldu\u011funu aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lhan, bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, &#8220;fazla kilolu&#8221; oran\u0131n\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 14,2&#8217;den y\u00fczde 14,6&#8217;ya y\u00fckseldi\u011finin belirlendi\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u0130lhan, Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye Beslenme ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 53,1&#8217;inde, erkeklerin y\u00fczde 31,7&#8217;sinde fiziksel aktivite d\u00fczeyinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lhan, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00d6zellikle \u00e7ocuklarda uzun s\u00fcre hareketsizli\u011fe neden olan televizyon izleme, tablet ve bilgisayar kullan\u0131m\u0131, obezite riskini art\u0131r\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, dijital teknolojilerin yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131yla \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ekran ba\u015f\u0131nda ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi saat de art\u0131yor. Bu durum, fiziksel aktivite d\u00fczeyini azalt\u0131rken buna ba\u011fl\u0131 obezite riskini ise art\u0131r\u0131yor. Uzun s\u00fcre ekran ba\u015f\u0131nda kalan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hem alg\u0131 seviyeleri azal\u0131yor hem de metabolizmalar\u0131 yetersiz fiziksel aktiviteye ba\u011fl\u0131 yava\u015fl\u0131yor. Kas ve iskelet sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da risk ta\u015f\u0131yan uzun s\u00fcre bilgisayar, tablet ve televizyon gibi ekran ba\u015f\u0131nda kal\u0131nmas\u0131, yeme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da bozdu\u011fundan, t\u00fcm bu etkenlere ba\u011fl\u0131 obezite geli\u015fme riski \u00e7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda art\u0131yor. Bu nedenle, mutlaka \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n g\u00fcnde 1 saatten daha fazla ekrana maruz kalmamas\u0131, fiziksel ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u0130lkokul 2. s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7ocuklar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u015ei\u015fmanl\u0131k Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8217;na g\u00f6re de \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n y\u00fczde 36,2&#8217;si hafta i\u00e7i g\u00fcnde 2 saatten fazla televizyon seyrediyor ya da bilgisayarla vakit ge\u00e7iriyor.
