Bayramda aile ziyaretleri, kalabal\u0131k sofralar oluyor ve \u00e7ikolata, tatl\u0131 gibi besinler \u00e7ok fazla ikram ediliyor. Karbonhidrat v\u00fccudumuzun ihtiyac\u0131, enerji kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ama a\u015f\u0131r\u0131ya ka\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, \u015fekeri a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 t\u00fcketti\u011fimizde bir\u00e7ok sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunuyla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131yoruz. Bunlardan ilki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u015feker t\u00fcketimi, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini zay\u0131flat\u0131yor. Kalitesiz karbonhidrat, y\u00fcksek miktarda \u015feker al\u0131m\u0131, kalp damar, diyabet gibi kronik hastal\u0131klar ve kansere de davetiye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Erken \u00e7ocukluk ve ergenlik ins\u00fclin direncinde en riskli d\u00f6nem&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle ilave \u015feker i\u00e7eren i\u00e7ecekler ve paketli g\u0131dalar\u0131n s\u00fcrekli t\u00fcketiminin ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yapabildi\u011fini vurgulayan Y\u0131ld\u0131z, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Erken \u00e7ocukluk d\u00f6nemi ve ergenlik, \u015feker t\u00fcketimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ins\u00fclin direnciyle beraber en y\u00fcksek riskli olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00f6nemler. Bu d\u00f6nemlerde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u015feker t\u00fcketimi, ins\u00fclin direncini tetikliyor ve eri\u015fkin \u00e7a\u011fda diyabet, kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda depresyon, duygu durum, kayg\u0131 bozukluklar\u0131, demans, alzaym\u0131r, \u00e7e\u015fitli kanserler ve polikistik over sendromuna yol a\u00e7abiliyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bir\u00e7ok uluslararas\u0131 bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada bu sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n g\u00f6sterildi\u011fine i\u015faret eden Y\u0131ld\u0131z, &#8220;\u00c7ocukluk ve ergenlikte ins\u00fclin direncinin y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131, ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131n geri kalan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde fiziksel hastal\u0131klar\u0131n yan\u0131nda duygu durum bozukluklar\u0131, depresyon, kayg\u0131 bozukluklar\u0131 gibi psikolojik rahats\u0131zl\u0131klara da meyillerini art\u0131r\u0131yor.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131z, ins\u00fclin direncinin, kandaki \u015feker d\u00fczeyinin yeterli ve hatta y\u00fcksek ama h\u00fccrelerin a\u00e7 durumda kalmas\u0131 nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu durumda pankreas dokusunun daha fazla ins\u00fclin salg\u0131lamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve sonu\u00e7ta \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclebildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Tat duyusu 3 ya\u015f\u0131na gelmeden geli\u015fiyor&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Y\u0131ld\u0131z, ayr\u0131ca \u00e7ocuklarda tat duyusunun \u00e7ok erken d\u00f6nemde geli\u015fti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7ekerek, ailelere \u015fu uyar\u0131larda bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c7ocuklarda tat duyusu daha 3 ya\u015f\u0131na gelmeden geli\u015fiyor. Yani bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun 3 ya\u015f\u0131na gelene kadar neyle beslendi\u011fi, 33 ya\u015f\u0131nda, 53 ya\u015f\u0131nda da hangi besini can\u0131n\u0131n istedi\u011finde belirleyici oluyor.
