Sakatl\u0131klar genelde ayak bile\u011fi yaralanmalar\u0131, diz, \u00f6n \u00e7apraz ba\u011f ve men\u00fcsk\u00fcste olabiliyor. Men\u00fcsk\u00fcs yaralanmalar\u0131 ve ayak bile\u011fi yaralanmalar\u0131 yine 2 hafta s\u00fcrer. \u0130\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc kayb\u0131 noktas\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekten \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Kafa ya da g\u00f6z yaralanmalar\u0131 daha ciddi problemlere sebebiyet verebiliyor.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Hal\u0131 sahay\u0131 sadece ter atmak i\u00e7in g\u00f6r\u00fcn&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Gaziantep \u015eehir Hastanesi Spor Hekimi \u0130brahim D\u00fcndar ise T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de hal\u0131 saha ma\u00e7\u0131 yapan ki\u015filerin kendilerini Messi ya da Ronaldo gibi hissettiklerini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Hal\u0131 sahada ma\u00e7 yapanlar\u0131n profesyonel olmad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli prosed\u00fcrlere de uymad\u0131klar\u0131na vurgu yapan D\u00fcndar, &#8220;Sporda belli bir programda ilerlemek gerekiyor. Haftada ya da 2-3 haftada yap\u0131lan hal\u0131 saha ma\u00e7lar\u0131nda sadece ter atmak olur, bu y\u00fczden sakatl\u0131k ve spor yaralanmas\u0131 \u00e7ok\u00e7a olur. Bu \u015fekilde hal\u0131 sahaya gidince spor ge\u00e7mi\u015fim var diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek uygun de\u011fil, bu \u015fekildeki \u00f6zg\u00fcven spor yaralanmalar\u0131na sebep olmakta.&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Gerekli kurallar uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda daha az yaralanman\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eden D\u00fcndar, 20-25 dakika \u0131s\u0131nma hareketlerinin ard\u0131ndan ma\u00e7a \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade ederek, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Haftada bir egzersiz yapmakla ya da &#8216;5-10 y\u0131ld\u0131r hal\u0131 sahaya gidiyorum&#8217; demekle bu i\u015flerin riski azalt\u0131lm\u0131yor. \u0130nsanlar sahaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kendini profesyonel futbolcu gibi g\u00f6rebiliyor. Bu \u00f6zg\u00fcven yaralanmalar\u0131n riskini artt\u0131r\u0131yor. Ki\u015finin sportif, kuvvet, denge durumuna bakmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Haftada bir egzersiz uygun de\u011fildir.
