G\u00fcn i\u00e7inde akademik ba\u015far\u0131m\u0131zda, sosyal ya\u015fant\u0131m\u0131zda, aile hayat\u0131m\u0131zda birtak\u0131m zorluklar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yorsa, g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde uyku halimiz oluyorsa, birtak\u0131m mide, ba\u011f\u0131rsak problemleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yorsa art\u0131k bizim uykusuzlu\u011fumuz \u015fikayet olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, uykusuzluk hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 (Insomnia) vard\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Doma\u00e7, her ya\u015f grubuna g\u00f6re gerekli uyku saatinin de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini vurgulayarak, bunun yenido\u011fanlarda 16, okul d\u00f6neminde 8-10, yeti\u015fkinlerde ise 8 saat civar\u0131nda oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Ak\u015fam s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimini s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131n&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Kaliteli uykunun \u00f6nemine dikkati \u00e7eken Doma\u00e7, &#8220;Gece uykunuz ka\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tekrar uyumak i\u00e7in uykunuzla kavga etmeyin. 30 dakikadan fazla uykuya dalam\u0131yorsan\u0131z yataktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131n, kitap okuma, karanl\u0131kta dinlenme gibi birtak\u0131m aktivitelerle uykunuzun gelmesini sa\u011flay\u0131n.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Uyumadan en az iki saat \u00f6nce bilgisayar, telefon gibi elektronik cihazlardan uzak durulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neren Doma\u00e7, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;G\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yedi\u011fimiz, i\u00e7ti\u011fimiz, t\u00fcketti\u011fimiz kafein miktar\u0131, uyku kalitemizi \u00e7ok etkiliyor. Uykusuzluk problemi \u00e7eken ki\u015filer \u00f6\u011fleden sonra kahve t\u00fcketimini s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmal\u0131, ak\u015fam karbonhidrat gibi a\u011f\u0131r yiyeceklerden uzak durmal\u0131. Ak\u015fam s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimini de s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131n, tuvalete gitmek uyku kalitenizi bozar. Her g\u00fcn ayn\u0131 saatte yat\u0131p ayn\u0131 saatte kalkmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin. Yatakta yemek yemeyin, kitap okumay\u0131n, televizyon izlemeyin. Ayaklar\u0131n\u0131z \u00e7ok \u00fc\u015f\u00fcyorsa pamuklu \u00e7orap giyin.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Uyku ile ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli ili\u015fki oldu\u011funa da de\u011finen Doma\u00e7, baz\u0131 migren hastalar\u0131nda uyku a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131rken baz\u0131lar\u0131nda dindirdi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Doma\u00e7, k\u0131\u015f\u0131n su t\u00fcketiminin ihmal edilebildi\u011fini dile getirerek, &#8220;Uyku hijyeni i\u00e7in bol su t\u00fcketin. Yeterli su t\u00fcketildi\u011finde hem ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ataklar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131yor hem de uyku kalitesini art\u0131r\u0131yor. Ger\u00e7ekten uykusuzluk hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlar i\u00e7in s\u0131v\u0131 almak, \u00f6zellikle su t\u00fcketmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Kilo ba\u015f\u0131na en az 30 mililitre su t\u00fcketmek gerekiyor. Bunun yan\u0131nda beslenmeye, egzersize de dikkat etmek gerekiyor.
