Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ilkbaharda ve k\u0131\u015flatmada yap\u0131lacak uygulamalar do\u011frudan bal verimimizin seviyesini belirlemekte. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ar\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu konularda dikkatli olmas\u0131 gerekiyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/76bad36d-1411-48e8-a1ae-b65e58872c06\/02.05%2F14%2F5%2FNew%20folder%20(19)%2F20241003_2_65786962_105307302.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>Gallik asit organik bir \u00fcr\u00fcn<\/h3>\n<p>Seven, daha \u00e7ok ilkbaharda g\u00f6r\u00fclen noseman\u0131n yaz aylar\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle nemli b\u00f6lgelerde de g\u00f6r\u00fclebildi\u011fini ve sindirim sistemini etkileyerek ar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6lmesine neden oldu\u011funu belirterek, hastal\u0131klarla m\u00fccadelede ar\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n farkl\u0131 materyaller kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7birinde bir standart olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, etkilerinin bilimsel olarak ortaya konulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Varova ile m\u00fccadelede piyasada ruhsatl\u0131 ila\u00e7lar oldu\u011funu ancak nosemaya y\u00f6nelik herhangi bir ruhsatl\u0131 ila\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Seven, birka\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine kadar ar\u0131larda nosema hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile m\u00fccadelede d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan fumagillin etken maddeli ila\u00e7lar oldu\u011funu ancak bunlar\u0131n balda kal\u0131nt\u0131 b\u0131rakmas\u0131 nedeniyle hem T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de hem de Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerinde yasakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Seven, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Balda zararl\u0131 kal\u0131nt\u0131 b\u0131rakmayan bir ila\u00e7 \u00fcretilmesi noktas\u0131nda organik bir \u00fcr\u00fcn olan gallik asidin nosema hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirici etkisini bilimsel olarak d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda ilk defa ortaya koyduk. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada DNA izolasyona ve multiplex PCR testi ile hastal\u0131k tespit edilen ar\u0131lardan elde edilen nosema sporlar\u0131n\u0131 besi yerlerinde \u00e7o\u011faltarak, ar\u0131lar\u0131 hastal\u0131k yapacak d\u00fczeyde bireysel olarak elle beslemek suretiyle enfekte ettik. Son olarak hasta ar\u0131lar\u0131 gallik asit form\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 ile tedavi etmek suretiyle pozitif sonu\u00e7 elde ettik. 25, 50 ve 100 mg\/kg dozlar\u0131nda gallik asit kulland\u0131k. Doz art\u0131\u015f\u0131na paralel olarak nosema spor say\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6nemli d\u00fczeyde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f tespit ettik. Bu sonu\u00e7 gallik asidin iyile\u015ftirici etkisinin kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Seven, ar\u0131 hastal\u0131klar\u0131yla m\u00fccadelede etkili ve yeterli bir m\u00fccadelenin sergilenmesi halinde T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de bal veriminin d\u00fcnya ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Gallik asit, bal\u0131n bile\u015fiminde de bulunan organik bir \u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr ancak bunun elde edilmesi, saf hale getirilmesi ve dozaj\u0131n\u0131n ayarlanmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda gallik asidin nosema tedavisinde pozitif sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 elde ettik, bundan sonraki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zda bunun ar\u0131 ve ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan etkinli\u011finin tam olarak ortaya konulmas\u0131 ve en etkili dozunun tespitinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. Bu ama\u00e7la yine T\u00dcB\u0130TAK&#8217;a projemizi sunduk. T\u00fcm bu veriler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yeni proje ile gallik asidin ruhsatl\u0131 bir ila\u00e7 haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z devam ediyor. \u015eu anda g\u00f6r\u00fcnen o ki gallik asit, nosema ile m\u00fccadelede ar\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n elini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirebilecek bir \u00fcr\u00fcn.
