Ayr\u0131ca kanser gibi hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tedavisine y\u00f6nelik sistemler \u00fczerinde de \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Her bir projenin farkl\u0131 bir y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc var. ODT\u00dc MEMS olarak iki projenin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlenmi\u015f durumday\u0131z. B\u00fct\u00fcn platformun koordinasyonu da ODT\u00dc MEMS Merkezi taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Di\u011fer kurumlar da kendi b\u00fct\u00e7eleri i\u00e7in yine T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1004 program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda sa\u011flanan destekle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 devam ettiriyor.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Projelerinin teknoloji haz\u0131rl\u0131k seviyesinin 4 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ciddi \u015fekilde y\u00fckselmesinin hedeflendi\u011fini belirten Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, &#8220;Projelerden ticarile\u015ftirilebilecek \u00fcr\u00fcnler \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7 ara \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ticarile\u015fmeye haz\u0131r durumda. 4 y\u0131ll\u0131k destek s\u00fcrecinin sonunda 9 teknik projenin \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 ticarile\u015fmeye m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca haz\u0131r hale getirilmi\u015f olacak.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;\u00d6nc\u00fc \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda olabilmek \u00f6nemli&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Haluk K\u00fclah, merkezde uzun s\u00fcredir mikro medikal teknolojiler \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, 20 seneyi a\u015fk\u0131n zamanda olu\u015fan bilgi birikimi, i\u015fbirli\u011fi a\u011f\u0131 ve altyap\u0131 sayesinde belli bir noktaya gelindi\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/7fc6ad83-e801-4dd2-b1c1-974abd5a6af0\/2024%2Fa%2FAA-35287918.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1004 program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenen Mikro Medikal Teknolojiler Platformunda, aralar\u0131nda \u00fcniversiteler, hastaneler ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rden firmalar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu 26 farkl\u0131 kurulu\u015fun bir araya geldi\u011fini ve ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran K\u00fclah, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Amac\u0131m\u0131z, \u00fclke i\u00e7in katma de\u011feri y\u00fcksek yerli ve milli mikro medikal \u00e7iplerin geli\u015ftirilmesi. 9 projenin her birinde geli\u015ftirilmekte olan yenilik\u00e7i teknolojiler, \u00fclkemizin yak\u0131n zamanda mikro medikal teknolojilerde yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak, kendi kendine yetmesini sa\u011flamak ve bu alanda inovasyon k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc geli\u015ftirmek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan avantaj sa\u011flayacak.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Hayal bile edilemeyen baz\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7ip teknolojisinin \u00f6zellikle sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda kullan\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin K\u00fclah, \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bu teknoloji, daha \u00f6nce hayal bile edilemeyen baz\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. \u00d6rnek olarak kan \u00f6rne\u011finden \u00e7ok ender rastlanan hastal\u0131klar\u0131n erken a\u015famada te\u015fhis edilebilmesi ya da kafa travmalar\u0131nda beyindeki sinyalleri alg\u0131layan mikro \u00e7ipler sayesinde birtak\u0131m hasarlar\u0131n \u00f6nceden tespit edilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Kulak i\u00e7i implantlar gibi biyomedikal implantlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi \u00e7ip teknolojisine dayan\u0131yor. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bunlar\u0131 g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. Yak\u0131n gelecekte daha \u00e7ok g\u00f6rece\u011fiz. Bu alanda da \u00f6nc\u00fc \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda olabilmek \u00f6nemli.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/7fc6ad83-e801-4dd2-b1c1-974abd5a6af0\/2024%2Fa%2FAA-35287919.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1004 program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen platformun 4 y\u0131l boyunca yakla\u015f\u0131k 60 milyon lira ile desteklendi\u011fini bildiren K\u00fclah, &#8220;ODT\u00dc MEMS Merkezi ara\u015ft\u0131rma program\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netici kurumu. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda alt projelerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc kurulu\u015flar var. Bu kurulu\u015flar T\u00dcB\u0130TAK Marmara Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi (MAM), \u0130zmir Y\u00fcksek Teknoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc, Sabanc\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi, Yeditepe \u00dcniversitesi AR-GE ve Analiz Merkezi, B\u0131\u00e7akc\u0131lar T\u0131bbi \u00dcr\u00fcnler Sanayi ve Ticaret A\u015e ve GlakoLens Biyomedikal Biyoteknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A\u015e. Bu 7 ana kurumun yan\u0131nda, aralar\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, orta ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli sanayi firmalar\u0131 ve \u00fcniversitelerimizden ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz.&#8221; bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n<p>ODT\u00dc MEMS Merkezinde, \u00e7ipleri kendi tesislerinde tamamen yerli bi\u00e7imde geli\u015ftirdiklerini kaydeden K\u00fclah, &#8220;Gerek ODT\u00dc&#8217;de gerek di\u011fer \u00fcniversitelerde y\u00fcksek lisans ve doktora programlar\u0131nda kay\u0131tl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Fikir a\u015famas\u0131ndan \u00fcretim a\u015famas\u0131na kadar her \u015fey yerli ve milli olarak geli\u015ftiriliyor. Ama\u00e7 zaten burada geli\u015ftirilen teknolojinin, sonunda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de halihaz\u0131rda var olan veya yeni kurulan filiz \u015firketler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00fcr\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilmesi. Bunlar sayesinde son kullan\u0131c\u0131ya eri\u015fmesi ve bu a\u015famada tamamen yerli ve milli mikro medikal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3>9 proje, sa\u011fl\u0131kta yenilik\u00e7i \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunacak<\/h3>\n<p>Haluk K\u00fclah, platform \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen projeleri tan\u0131, takip ve tedavi olarak 3 ana ba\u015fl\u0131kta a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Projeler hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren K\u00fclah, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;B\u0131\u00e7akc\u0131lar ve Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Beyin Cerrahisi ile birlikte kafa travmalar\u0131nda beyin i\u00e7inde, beyin y\u00fczeyinde ilerleyen dalgalar\u0131 takip edebilen, bu sayede travman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 izleyebilen, baz\u0131 etkileri erkenden haber verebilen, gerekirse d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan ila\u00e7la m\u00fcdahale edebilen bir mikro \u00e7ip geli\u015ftiriyoruz. \u015eu anda benzer travmalarda kullan\u0131lan y\u00f6ntemde kafatas\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan geni\u015f bir a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131ktan beyne b\u00fcy\u00fck bir elektrot yerle\u015ftiriliyor ve bu elektrot her zaman bir kabloyla d\u0131\u015far\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131. Yani hasta birtak\u0131m olumsuz etkilere \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k durumda olabiliyor. T\u0131p doktoru hocalar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projede, bu kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck bir a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa gerek kalmadan ufak bir a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131ktan yerle\u015ftirilecek, hastay\u0131 da yataktan g\u00f6rece daha ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z hale getirebilecek yenilik\u00e7i bir sistem geli\u015ftiriyoruz. Bunun tamamlanmas\u0131 ve \u00fcr\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi, ilgili alanda \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r a\u00e7abilir. Yine bir ba\u015fka projede Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesinden ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n kurdu\u011fu bir filiz \u015firket olan GlakoLens y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ODT\u00dc MEMS Merkezi altyap\u0131s\u0131 kullan\u0131larak g\u00f6z i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7en ak\u0131ll\u0131 kontak lensler geli\u015ftiriliyor. Bunlar\u0131n piyasaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131n daha yak\u0131n oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebilirim. Bu oldu\u011fu zaman tamamen yerli bir \u00fcr\u00fcn kazand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak. Ayr\u0131ca T\u00dcB\u0130TAK MAM ile birlikte yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda kandan kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klarla ilgili erken bilgi verebilecek biyosens\u00f6rler ve damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan ak\u0131ll\u0131 stentler geli\u015ftirilmesi hedefleniyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclah, merkezde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bir di\u011fer projenin ise \u0130zmir Y\u00fcksek Teknoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu h\u00fccre k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinin b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fclebildi\u011fi \u00e7iplerin geli\u015ftirilmesi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Yeditepe \u00dcniversitesi AR-GE ve Analiz Merkezinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projede ise bu \u00e7ipler kullan\u0131larak, kanser tedavisine y\u00f6nelik yenilik\u00e7i ila\u00e7lar geli\u015ftirildi\u011fini belirten K\u00fclah, &#8220;Sabanc\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projede ise kan \u00f6rne\u011finden kanser tespiti yapabilen bir sistem geli\u015ftirilmekte. ODT\u00dc MEMS Merkezinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc oldu\u011fu iki projede ise s\u0131ras\u0131yla akci\u011fer kanserinin erken tespitine y\u00f6nelik bir biyosens\u00f6r ve \u00e7ocukluk d\u00f6nemi kanserlerinin tedavisi sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilen k\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131k probleminin etkilerini ortadan kald\u0131rabilecek bir \u00e7ip \u00fcst\u00fc organ platformu geli\u015ftirmekteyiz.&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Haluk K\u00fclah, geli\u015ftirilen projelere ili\u015fkin, &#8220;9 projenin her birinin ilgilendi\u011fi alanda \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r a\u00e7mas\u0131, yenilik getirmesi s\u00f6z konusu.
