Bu durum ast\u0131m ve KOAH hastalar\u0131nda nefes darl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ataklar\u0131na yol a\u00e7abiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle hastalar\u0131n, nem oran\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde ve saatlerde mecbur kalmad\u0131k\u00e7a d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131, nem oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek b\u00f6lgelere seyahat etmemesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle KOAH&#8217;ta solunan havadaki nem oran\u0131n\u0131n normal seviyenin alt\u0131nda veya \u00fcst\u00fcnde olmas\u0131, balgam \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 engelleyerek solunum yollar\u0131nda t\u0131kanma ve enfeksiyonlara sebep olabiliyor. Hastalar\u0131n nem ve \u0131s\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7erler kullanarak bulundu\u011fu kapal\u0131 ortamlar\u0131n nem ve \u0131s\u0131 oran\u0131n\u0131 dengede tutmas\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 nemli ortamlardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Polen alerjisi olan hastalar\u0131n, s\u0131cak ve r\u00fczgarl\u0131 havalarda d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131, \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011finde ise maske takmas\u0131, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan eve geldiklerinde giysilerini hemen de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi ve banyo yapmas\u0131, sabah polenler havada yo\u011fun bulundu\u011fundan bu saatlerde evlerini havaland\u0131rmamas\u0131 tavsiye ediliyor.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;10.00-16.00 saatlerinde a\u00e7\u0131k havada bulunmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cak havalarda ayr\u0131ca \u015funlara dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n etkisinin en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu 10.00-16.00 saatlerinde a\u00e7\u0131k havada bulunmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n.
