Sigara, damar duvar\u0131n\u0131n esnekli\u011fini kaybetmesine neden olarak hipertansiyonda tedaviyi zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor, alkol ise ciddi tansiyon d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ve karaci\u011fer yetmezli\u011fine yol a\u00e7abiliyor.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Yeterli su t\u00fcketin&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Hipertansiyon, kalp-damar hastalar\u0131na, yeteri kadar su i\u00e7meleri, \u00e7ay ve kahve gibi kafeinli ve \u015fekerli i\u00e7eceklerin t\u00fcketimini s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmalar\u0131 \u00f6neriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131nda yeterli ve dengeli beslenilmesi, tavuk, bal\u0131k ve hindi gibi ya\u011fs\u0131z protein t\u00fcrleri, tam bu\u011fday veya tah\u0131l ekme\u011fi, meyve ve sebze gibi lif a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin besinlerinin t\u00fcketilmesi, \u015feker oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek ve i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131dalardan uzak durulmas\u0131 ve tuz kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7memesi tavsiye ediliyor.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Mecbur kalmad\u0131k\u00e7a 10.00-16.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131n&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bilgilendirmesinde, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cak havalarda dikkat edilmesi \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan di\u011fer uyar\u0131lar ise \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mecbur kalmad\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00fcne\u015f etkisinin en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu 10.00-16.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131n. D\u0131\u015far\u0131da bulundu\u011funuz zamanlarda ise serin ve g\u00f6lge alanlar\u0131 tercih edin. A\u00e7\u0131k renkli, rahat giysiler giyin ve g\u00fcne\u015ften koruyan uygun bir \u015fapka tak\u0131n. Hava alabilen rahat ayakkab\u0131lar kullan\u0131n. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 nemli ortamlardan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenli y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f veya egzersiz yap\u0131n. Ancak yorucu fiziksel aktivitelerde bulunmay\u0131n. Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 mutlaka s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131n, molalarda g\u00f6lge ve serin yerlerde dinlenin. Egzersiz i\u00e7in sabah erken saatleri ve ak\u015fam saatlerini tercih edin. Yemekten hemen sonra egzersiz yapmay\u0131n ve a\u011f\u0131r egzersizlerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n. Hekiminizden sizin i\u00e7in uygun olabilecek fiziksel aktiviteler konusunda bilgi al\u0131n. Il\u0131k du\u015f al\u0131n, yaz aylar\u0131nda so\u011fuk veya s\u0131cak du\u015f almay\u0131n.
