Terlemeyle beraber olu\u015fan rahats\u0131zl\u0131k hissi yine uykunun hem ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131nda hem de devam ettirilmesinde ciddi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. S\u0131cakl\u0131kla beraber \u00f6zellikle damarlarda geni\u015flemeye ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ciddi ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 meydana geliyor. Bu ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu rahats\u0131zl\u0131k hissi de hem ki\u015finin dinlenmesini engelleyen bir uyku d\u00fczenine hem de uykunun kalitesinin, derinli\u011finin azalmas\u0131na neden oluyor. Bunlar\u0131 bir araya getirdi\u011fimizde, s\u0131cakl\u0131kla beraber uykunun d\u00fczeninde ciddi bir bozulma ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Asabiyet, halsizlik, yorgunluk ve tahamm\u00fcls\u00fczl\u00fck ya\u015fan\u0131yor<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Akkoyunlu, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te uykusuz kal\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da etkisiyle asabiyet, g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde performans d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, halsizlik, yorgunluk ve s\u0131ca\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 tahamm\u00fcls\u00fczl\u00fck gibi durumlar\u0131n da ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Buradaki en \u00f6nemli s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lardan birinin de nem etkeni oldu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7eken Akkoyunlu, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ba\u011f\u0131l nemin fazla olmas\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7ok daha fazla hissedilmesine neden oluyor. E\u011fer kuru bir havadaysan\u0131z, g\u00f6lgede oldu\u011funuz zaman s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok daha az hissediyorsunuz. Buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak uyku esnas\u0131ndaki rahats\u0131zl\u0131k daha da art\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Akkoyunlu, Nem oran\u0131 ile oksijen oran\u0131n\u0131n ters orant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, &#8220;Nem artt\u0131k\u00e7a oksijen oran\u0131nda azalma meydana geliyor, yeterince nefes al\u0131namad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hissiyat\u0131 olu\u015fabiliyor. Nem ve s\u0131cakl\u0131k beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nemi de art\u0131r\u0131yor ve bununla birlikte ciddi \u015fekilde uyku kalitesini bozuyorlar.
