Bu projeyi 65 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc halk\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in ve gen\u00e7lerimize \u00f6rnek olmas\u0131 ad\u0131na &#8216;Hareket et Be\u015fikta\u015f&#8217; temas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;\u00d6ncelikle hastal\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nlemeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>TKD Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Muzaffer De\u011fertekin, hareketsizli\u011fin kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131ca risk fakt\u00f6rleri aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bundan korunman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli yollar\u0131ndan birinin egzersizi g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirmek oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/admin.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/88e4063b-7018-4331-b06e-f0cb513ac64c\/2024%2F06%2Fkalp12-deger.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Hareketsizlikle kas kayb\u0131n\u0131n artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren De\u011fertekin, y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ve egzersizin yorgunluk \u015fikayetlerini azaltaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu nedenle haftada en az 5 g\u00fcn 30&#8217;ar dakika egzersiz yapmay\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirmek gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye ve d\u00fcnyada giderek artan bir ya\u015flanma problemi bulundu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7eken De\u011fertekin, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130leri ya\u015ftaki n\u00fcfus say\u0131s\u0131 ve hasta say\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131yor. \u0130leri ya\u015ftaki ki\u015filerin daha din\u00e7 ve daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir kalple hayat\u0131n\u0131 devam ettirmesi i\u00e7in de belli bir fizik aktivasyonunu s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmesi \u00f6nemli. TKD olarak sadece hastal\u0131klar\u0131 tedavi etmeyi de\u011fil, \u00f6ncelikle hastal\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nlemeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ne kadar \u00f6nleyebilirsek o kadar daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, daha uzun bir ya\u015fam sa\u011flayabilece\u011fimizi, ya\u015fam kalitesini daha da art\u0131rabilece\u011fimizi biliyoruz. O y\u00fczden \u00f6zellikle fizik aktivasyonunu geli\u015ftiren ve canl\u0131 tutan bu t\u00fcr aktif ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemsiyoruz ve bu konudaki b\u00fct\u00fcn projeleri destekliyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/admin.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/88e4063b-7018-4331-b06e-f0cb513ac64c\/2024%2F06%2Fkalp12-1.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Yeme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da de\u011fi\u015ftirmemiz gerekiyor&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>TKD Genel Sekreteri Prof. Dr. B\u00fclent Mutlu ise \u00fclkedeki kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 3&#8217;te birinin diyabetik oldu\u011funu, 3&#8217;te birinde ise hipertansiyon bulundu\u011funu ve kad\u0131nlarda obezitenin giderek artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/admin.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/88e4063b-7018-4331-b06e-f0cb513ac64c\/2024%2F06%2Fkalp12-mutlu.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Derne\u011fin \u00f6nem verdi\u011fi ba\u015fl\u0131klardan birinin de kad\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Mutlu, \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Spor derken hareketli bir ya\u015fam\u0131 kastediyoruz. Ya\u015fam i\u00e7inde mutlaka hareketlili\u011fimizi art\u0131rmam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Bununla ilgili \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma var. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n hepsi g\u00f6steriyor ki, sadece kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil asl\u0131nda, ruhsal, fiziksel olarak ya\u015fam\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirdi\u011finiz zaman kendinizi iyi hissetmenizden ba\u015flayarak hipertansiyonu, diyabeti ve en \u00f6nemlisi de kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6nlemede son derece faydal\u0131. Sporu tek ba\u015f\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda bunun faydas\u0131 tabii ki var ama bunun yan\u0131nda mutlaka yeme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da de\u011fi\u015ftirmemiz gerekiyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/admin.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/88e4063b-7018-4331-b06e-f0cb513ac64c\/2024%2F06%2Fkalp12-2.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 3 milyona yak\u0131n kalp yetersizli\u011fi hastas\u0131 var&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>TKD Kalp Yetersizli\u011fi \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00d6zlem Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131mt\u00fcrk, kalp yetersizli\u011finin T\u00fcrkiye ve d\u00fcnyada b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir problem oldu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/admin.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/88e4063b-7018-4331-b06e-f0cb513ac64c\/2024%2F06%2Fkalp12-yildirim.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Verilerin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 3 milyona yak\u0131n kalp yetersizli\u011fi hastas\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini anlatan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131mt\u00fcrk, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki kalp yetersizli\u011fi hastalar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015f ortalamas\u0131 68. Ya\u015f\u0131m\u0131z artt\u0131k\u00e7a kalp yetersizli\u011fi ya\u015fayan hasta say\u0131s\u0131 da art\u0131yor. Bunu \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in birtak\u0131m \u015feyler yapmam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Kad\u0131nlarda hipertansiyon, diyabet gibi durumlar, \u00f6zellikle kalp yetersizli\u011fi geli\u015fiminde \u00f6nemli. Bunlar\u0131 \u00f6nlememizde ise egzersiz \u00f6nemli bir yer al\u0131yor. Kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesinde, sigaran\u0131n b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131, kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 ya da egzersiz gibi birtak\u0131m y\u00f6ntemler hastal\u0131klar\u0131n geli\u015fimini engellerken, ayn\u0131 zamanda riskleri de azalt\u0131yor. O y\u00fczden egzersizi b\u00fct\u00fcn topluma yaymam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>TKD Kalp Yetersizli\u011fi \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Emre Aslanger ise \u00e7ocukluktan itibaren spor yapma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazanman\u0131n, kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve hastal\u0131klar\u0131n engellenmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/admin.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/88e4063b-7018-4331-b06e-f0cb513ac64c\/2024%2F06%2Fkalp12-aslan.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Hareketin, kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tedavi s\u00fcrecinde de b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret eden Aslanger, &#8220;Kardiyak rehabilitasyon olarak isimlendirdi\u011fimiz ve tedavinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan hareket y\u00f6ntemi, kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi ve ya\u015fam kalitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n risk fakt\u00f6rlerini azaltan hareket, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam tarz\u0131na sad\u0131k kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kan bas\u0131nc\u0131, kolesterol ve kan \u015fekerinin d\u00fczenlenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Yap\u0131lan fiziksel egzersizler, kalp kas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak kalp fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirir.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n ard\u0131ndan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, spor e\u011fitmenlerinden parktaki parkurlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin bilgi alarak k\u0131sa bir antrenman yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>Aktif Ya\u015fam Alan\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Hem bireysel hem de toplulukla farkl\u0131 egzersizler yap\u0131labilecek \u015fekilde haz\u0131rlanan alan, 2 ana b\u00f6l\u00fcm ve farkl\u0131 say\u0131da spor aletlerini i\u00e7eren 8 spor diliminden olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bireysel alanda aletlerle mekik, \u015f\u0131nav, barfiks, dips gibi yo\u011funlukla v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kullan\u0131lan spor hareketleri yap\u0131labilirken, kolektif alanda ise yoga, pilates gibi aktiviteler hayata ge\u00e7irilebiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Alanda, yap\u0131labilecek hareketlerin bilin\u00e7li ve ki\u015finin bedenine iyi gelecek \u015fekilde uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de video \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 bulunuyor. Hangi egzersizlerin nas\u0131l yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 videolara, alandaki QR kod okutularak ula\u015f\u0131labiliyor.
