Hafif, sulu yemekler yemek gerekir. Ya\u011fl\u0131, a\u011f\u0131r yemeklerden \u00f6zellikle ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131. Bu seviyeye y\u00fckselmesi olduk\u00e7a risklidir. \u00d6zellikle beyin h\u00fccrelerinde tahribat yapabilir. Ate\u015fi 41 dereceye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015fsa hemen 39 dereceye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr, damar yolu a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131p s\u0131v\u0131 verilir, hava yolu a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131p suni solunum verilir. G\u00fcne\u015f \u00e7arpmas\u0131nda tedavi yap\u0131lsa bile y\u00fczde 20 \u00f6l\u00fcm ya\u015fanabilir, ciddi bir durumdur. \u0130yile\u015fse de v\u00fccudunda hasar kalabilir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131ca\u011fa maruz kalan ki\u015filerde s\u0131cak bitkinli\u011fi ve s\u0131cak kramp\u0131 denilen rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fini anlatan G\u00f6nen, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;S\u0131cak bitkinli\u011finde ilk yard\u0131m olarak hasta r\u00fczgarl\u0131 serin bir yere al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Suyla \u0131slat\u0131larak veya varsa vantilat\u00f6rler serinletebilir, alkol d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda so\u011fuk i\u00e7ecek verilebilir. \u00dczerindeki s\u0131k\u0131 giysiler gev\u015fetilir, s\u0131rt \u00fcst\u00fc yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p bacaklar\u0131 havaya kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Hipertansiyonu yoksa ve nabz\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckse tuzlu ayran verilebilir. S\u0131cak kramplar\u0131nda ise kol, kar\u0131n ve bacaklarda a\u011fr\u0131, bulant\u0131 gibi durumlar olabilir. Bunu ya\u015fayan ki\u015finin en az 12 saat aktivite yapmamas\u0131, kramp giren yerini hareket ettirmemesi gerekir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131cak havalar\u0131n insan\u0131n \u00fczerindeki etkilerinin yan\u0131nda klimalara da dikkati \u00e7eken G\u00f6nen, &#8220;\u00d6zellikle kalabal\u0131k ortamlardaki klimalar\u0131n filtrelerinin iyi temizlenmesi laz\u0131m, aksi takdirde enfeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131na neden olur.
