Temiz kan v\u00fccuda yay\u0131l\u0131yor. Oksijeni b\u0131rak\u0131p, kirli kan olarak tekrar akci\u011ferlere gidip temizlenmesi gerekiyor. Bacaklardan akci\u011fere kadar giden yolda yer \u00e7ekimi bizi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya \u00e7ekti\u011fi i\u00e7in buna bald\u0131r kaslar\u0131 yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor. Bald\u0131r kaslar\u0131 t\u0131pk\u0131 bir pompa gibi kirli kan\u0131 akci\u011ferlere pompal\u0131yor ve orada kan temizleniyor. E\u011fer bald\u0131r kaslar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmazsak, yani saatlerce bilgisayar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda vakit ge\u00e7irirsek, masaba\u015f\u0131nda oturup aya\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sark\u0131t\u0131rsak, ayakta hareketsiz durursak &#8211; \u00f6\u011fretmenler, garsonlar, cerrahlar, kuaf\u00f6rler gibi &#8211; i\u015fte o zaman bald\u0131r kaslar\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131yor, kirli kan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da g\u00f6lleniyor. T\u0131pk\u0131 &#8216;Dura\u011fan suda tortu birikir&#8217; ifadesinde oldu\u011fu gibi o biriken kan\u0131n i\u00e7inde p\u0131ht\u0131 olu\u015fma riski \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek. Hi\u00e7bir belirti vermiyor. Gen\u00e7lerde g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor. Bu p\u0131ht\u0131 bacaklarda oturup akci\u011ferlere gitti\u011fi zaman y\u00fczde 30 oran\u0131nda ki kalp krizinden daha y\u00fcksek bir oranda maalesef ani \u00f6l\u00fcm riskine neden oluyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Bu risk fakt\u00f6rlerini ta\u015f\u0131yorsan\u0131z bacaklarda p\u0131ht\u0131 oturmas\u0131 i\u00e7in adays\u0131n\u0131z&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>K\u00f6ksal, ani \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin en s\u0131k nedeninin akci\u011ferlere p\u0131ht\u0131 oturmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, bu konuya kimlerin dikkat etmesi gerekti\u011fine ili\u015fkin \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bilgisayar ba\u015f\u0131nda saatlerce fark\u0131nda olmadan vakit ge\u00e7iren gen\u00e7 \u00e7ocuklar, gen\u00e7 bireyler, plaza \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131&#8230; Su i\u00e7meyi bile unutuyoruz. Parmak ucu-topuk hareketiyle. B\u00fct\u00fcn kaslar \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, \u00f6zellikle bald\u0131r kaslar\u0131, kilo alm\u0131yorsunuz, v\u00fccut hareket etmeye devam ediyor ve daha da \u00f6nemlisi bacakta biriken kanlar akci\u011fere pompalanabiliyor. Metroda y\u00fcr\u00fcyen merdiveni, eve giderken 2-3 kat i\u00e7in asans\u00f6r\u00fc kullanmay\u0131n. \u00d6zellikle hamile kad\u0131nlar\u0131n mutlaka hareketli olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Topuklu ayakkab\u0131 giymeyi, bacak bacak \u00fcst\u00fcne atmay\u0131 azaltmak laz\u0131m. \u00d6zellikle plaza \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum. Hareket etmek, bacaklarda ve akci\u011ferlerde p\u0131ht\u0131 oturmamas\u0131, kilo almaman\u0131z i\u00e7in o kadar de\u011ferli ki. Bu bir k\u0131s\u0131r d\u00f6ng\u00fc.
