Ancak ideal olan\u0131 d\u00fczenli bir \u015fekilde haftada 3 ya da 4 g\u00fcn en az 1 saat olacak \u015fekilde spor yap\u0131p g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde de ekran kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndan 30-45 dakikada bir kalk\u0131p hareket edilmeli.&#8221; tavsiyesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Hareketsiz bir hayata sahip ki\u015filer i\u00e7in iki egzersiz tipinin \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ural, bunlardan ilkinin aerobik egzersizler denilen, kalp damar sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren ve v\u00fccudun oksijen kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f, bisiklet, y\u00fczme ve ko\u015fu gibi sporlar, ikincisinin ise b\u00f6lgesel g\u00fc\u00e7lenmeyi ve esnekli\u011fi sa\u011flayan pilates, yoga ve fitness gibi sporlar oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Teknolojinin do\u011fru kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hareketsiz bir ya\u015fam ile obeziteyi beraberinde getirdi\u011fine dikkati \u00e7eken Ural, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bununla m\u00fccadele etmek \u00e7ok kolay de\u011fil.
