Yenido\u011fan yo\u011fun bak\u0131m \u00fcnitelerinde \u00fcst d\u00fczey teknolojiyle uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan takip edilen ve ya\u015fam \u015fans\u0131 son y\u0131llarda olduk\u00e7a artan premat\u00fcrelerin, bu yo\u011fun bak\u0131m s\u00fcrecinde aileleriyle \u00f6zellikle de anneleriyle daha fazla vakit ge\u00e7irmeleri, annelerinin g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcnde ten tene temasla b\u00fcy\u00fcmeleri bebeklerin ya\u015fam \u015fans\u0131n\u0131, n\u00f6rolojik geli\u015fimlerini iyile\u015ftirip, anne s\u00fct\u00fc alma oranlar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131rken, bu bebekler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir sorun olan enfeksiyon oranlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmaktad\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/96f91bbd-282f-4a24-a12c-1b1092cfeb3b\/008_2024%2F08_Nisan%2F10_Nisan%2F08%2F20240428_2_63608130_100271536.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Ko\u00e7, bir\u00e7ok organ sistemi tam olarak geli\u015fmeden d\u00fcnyaya gelen premat\u00fcre bebeklerin somatik b\u00fcy\u00fcme, n\u00f6rolojik ve geli\u015fimsel y\u00f6nden risk alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu riskin, bak\u0131m olanaklar\u0131, deneyimli insan g\u00fcc\u00fc ve altyap\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak merkezden merkeze farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini dile getiren Ko\u00e7, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Risk, gebelik haftas\u0131 ve do\u011fum a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 azald\u0131k\u00e7a daha da artmaktad\u0131r. Yetersiz kilo art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin uzun d\u00f6nem n\u00f6rolojik ve geli\u015fimsel bozukluklara, h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin ise eri\u015fkin d\u00f6nem hastal\u0131klar\u0131na zemin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bilinmesi gerekir. 28 haftadan \u00f6nce do\u011fan bebeklerde mental retardasyon, serebral palsi, davran\u0131\u015f problemleri ve \u00f6\u011frenme g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olduk\u00e7a s\u0131kt\u0131r.
