Acaba bu s\u00fcrede beynimde ne olu\u015fmu\u015ftu? Yani stres alt\u0131ndayken ya da duygusal yo\u011funlu\u011fu olan d\u00f6nemlerde zaman neden yava\u015f ge\u00e7iyordu? \u0130\u015fte bu soruyu merak etti\u011fimden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flad\u0131m.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu konunun iki doktora \u00f6\u011frencisinin tezinde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran \u00c7i\u00e7ek, bunlardan ilkinde sosyal stresin zaman alg\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkisini ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK destekli y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda etik kurul onay\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f iki deney yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00c7i\u00e7ek, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130lk deneyde manyetik rezonans (MR) g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme tekni\u011fi alt\u0131nda 45 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yeti\u015fkine sosyal stres yaratan, &#8216;ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k&#8217; duygusu veren g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler izlettirdik. Bu durumda beyinlerinin g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemesini yapt\u0131k. G\u00f6rd\u00fck ki sosyal stres, zaman alg\u0131s\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fikliklere neden oluyor. Deney sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, normal \u015fartlarda bireylerin zaman\u0131 oldu\u011fundan daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ge\u00e7iyormu\u015f gibi alg\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ancak stres alt\u0131nda zaman\u0131 do\u011fruya yak\u0131n alg\u0131lamalar\u0131n\u0131n bir yava\u015f \u00e7ekim etkisi olu\u015fturdu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi. Yani beyindeki baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgeler, zaman alg\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6revi yaparken stresle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131rsan\u0131z aktivitesini kaybediyor. Stres, zaman alg\u0131s\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan beynin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc bozuyor. Beyin stres an\u0131nda, zaman\u0131 istemeden de olsa adeta yava\u015f \u00e7ekime al\u0131yor yani ve hayat kurtarabilecek kararlar\u0131 almak i\u00e7in sanki zaman penceresi geni\u015fliyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Depresyon hastalar\u0131ndaki<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7i\u00e7ek, yine ayn\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ikinci deneyinde 44 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireyin t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck \u00f6rneklerinden DNA metilasyonu incelemesi yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, &#8220;Bu inceleme sonucunda beyinlerinde dopamin d\u00fczeyi y\u00fcksek bireylerin zaman\u0131 daha do\u011fru alg\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6sterildi. Yani stres hallerinde dopamin seviyesi y\u00fckseliyor ve beyin zaman\u0131 daha do\u011fru alg\u0131l\u0131yor.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Dopaminin asl\u0131nda \u00f6d\u00fclle ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funa i\u015faret eden \u00c7i\u00e7ek, &#8220;\u00d6rne\u011fin yemek yedi\u011fimizde, tak\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z bir ma\u00e7 kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda dopamin sistemi aktive oluyor. Farkl\u0131 bireylerde zaman alg\u0131s\u0131 niye farkl\u0131? Bu dopamin seviyesi yani \u00f6d\u00fcl sistemiyle ilgili. \u00d6te yandan beyin dopamin d\u00fczeyleri y\u00fcksek olan bireylerin zaman alg\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6revi s\u0131ras\u0131nda beyin aktivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n adeta daha verimli hale geldi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Bu bulgu da stres alt\u0131nda zaman\u0131n daha yava\u015f ge\u00e7ti\u011fini hissetmemizi a\u00e7\u0131klayabilir. &#8221; a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Metehan \u00c7i\u00e7ek, ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n nerede kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin soruyu yan\u0131tlarken \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Daha \u00f6nceki ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131zla birle\u015ftirirsek zaman alg\u0131s\u0131 depresyon hastalar\u0131nda bozuluyor. Zaten depresyon hastalar\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fclden fayda sa\u011flam\u0131yorlar, hi\u00e7bir \u015fey onlar\u0131 mutlu etmiyor. Yani dopamin sisteminde bir sorun var. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla dopamin sisteminde sorun olan durumlarda zaman alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bozulmas\u0131 daha mant\u0131kl\u0131 geliyor. \u0130ki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmadan elde edilen sonu\u00e7larla, insanda stres alt\u0131nda zaman\u0131n neden farkl\u0131 alg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131k. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma bulgular\u0131n\u0131n, zaman alg\u0131s\u0131 bozuklu\u011funa neden olan parkinson, \u015fizofreni gibi hastal\u0131klar\u0131n gizeminin anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda tan\u0131 ve tedavilerinin izlenmesinde yeni ufuklar a\u00e7mas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz.
