Dr. Seval Bayrak, AA muhabirine, ramazanda a\u011f\u0131zdaki t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck salg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bunun da a\u011f\u0131z kurulu\u011funa ve sesin zorlanarak \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na (fonasyon bozuklu\u011fu) neden oldu\u011funu belirterek, ki\u015finin ya\u015fam kalitesinin azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Uzun s\u00fcren a\u00e7l\u0131k ve susuzluk sebebiyle a\u011f\u0131z ortam\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen floran\u0131n, \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fck ve lezyonlu di\u015fleri olan, di\u015f eti rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi dental problemleri bulunan ki\u015filerde bu rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n etkisini art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret eden Bayrak, &#8220;Ramazan ay\u0131nda mevcut durumun k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fmemesi, kontrol alt\u0131nda tutulabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle iftar ve sahurdan sonra di\u015flerin f\u0131r\u00e7alanmas\u0131 \u00f6nem arz etmekte. Bu hem a\u011f\u0131z floras\u0131n\u0131n hem de hastan\u0131n rahatlamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Bayrak, di\u015fleri f\u0131r\u00e7alaman\u0131n yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirerek, &#8220;Dili ve yanaklar\u0131 temizlemek, ayr\u0131ca di\u015f ipiyle di\u015flerin aras\u0131n\u0131 temizlemek \u00f6nem arz ediyor. Ba\u011f\u0131rsak hareketleri yava\u015flay\u0131nca da bu d\u00f6nemde bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fide kab\u0131zl\u0131k problemleri g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor. Bunun i\u00e7in iftardan sonra hafif tempoda minik y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fler yap\u0131labilir.
