Egzersiz, ki\u015finin ya\u015f ve genel durumuna g\u00f6re uzman hekim taraf\u0131ndan belirlenmeli. Eklem hareket a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, denge koordinasyon ve esneklik dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131racak egzersizler var. Hastan\u0131n rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 te\u015fhis edilip, hangi egzersiz hasta i\u00e7in uygunsa belirlenip, do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Her egzersiz her hastaya yap\u0131lamaz, eklem y\u00fcklenmeleri olabilir. Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131kla alakal\u0131 bir sorun mevcut ise ilk ba\u015fta kapasite egzersizleri uygulan\u0131r. Ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k d\u00f6neminde sarkopeni hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak bilinen, asl\u0131nda ya\u015flanma ile kaslarda ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen fizyolojik bir durum var. Kaslarda kuvvet azalmas\u0131 ve incelme durumu. Hastan\u0131n kol ve bacak kaslar\u0131nda olu\u015fan incelmeler, dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azalt\u0131yor.
