Hi\u00e7bir kronik rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan ki\u015filerde bile yo\u011fun miktarda yiyecek, i\u00e7ecek t\u00fcketimi haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k, refl\u00fc gibi mide \u015fikayetlerine ve uyku problemlerine sebep olabiliyor.&#8221; ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kronik hastalarda ise daha ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k risklerinin bulundu\u011funu vurgulayan Gemcio\u011flu, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00d6zellikle diyabet (\u015feker) hastalar\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fit \u00e7e\u015fit yiyeceklerin, i\u00e7eceklerin bulundu\u011fu y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131 sofralar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 dikkatli olmal\u0131. Aksi halde yo\u011fun yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek t\u00fcketimi sonucu kan \u015fekerlerinde ani y\u00fckselmelerle acil servislere ba\u015fvurabiliyorlar. Y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131 ak\u015famlar\u0131 diyabet hastalar\u0131n\u0131n acil servis ba\u015fvuru oranlar\u0131n\u0131n da artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Alkol t\u00fcketimini hi\u00e7bir kronik hastaya \u00f6nermiyoruz&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Gemcio\u011flu, diyabet ve di\u011fer kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131 bulunan ki\u015filerin alkol t\u00fcketiminden uzak durmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirterek, &#8220;Alkol t\u00fcketimini hi\u00e7bir kronik hastaya \u00f6nermiyoruz. Alkol kalorili bir i\u00e7ecek oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in diyabet hastalar\u0131nda kan \u015fekerinde ani f\u0131rlamalara sebep olabiliyor. A\u00e7 karn\u0131na alkol al\u0131m\u0131nda ise diyabet hastalar\u0131, kan \u015fekeri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle acil servislere ba\u015fvurabiliyorlar. Diyabet hastalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu konuya \u00e7ok dikkat etmesi gerekiyor.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck porsiyonlar\u0131 tercih edin, bol su t\u00fcketin&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Diyabet hastalar\u0131na sofrada k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck porsiyonlar\u0131 tercih etmeleri, karbonhidrat ve \u015fekerli besinlerden uzak durmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neren Gemcio\u011flu, bol su t\u00fcketiminin de \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de yakla\u015f\u0131k 8 milyon diyabet hastas\u0131 bulundu\u011funu bildiren Gemcio\u011flu, &#8220;Bu hastalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131 d\u00fczenli doktor kontrollerini yapt\u0131r\u0131yor, bu \u015fekilde kan \u015fekerlerini kontrol alt\u0131nda tutabiliyoruz. Ancak baz\u0131 hastalar\u0131m\u0131z maalesef buna dikkat etmiyor. Diyabetin kontrol alt\u0131nda tutulabilmesi, kalp krizi, inme, b\u00f6brek bozuklu\u011fu gibi ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k risklerinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Hipertansiyon hastalar\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuzlu yiyeceklerden uzak durmal\u0131&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Gemcio\u011flu, hipertansiyon hastalar\u0131na da \u015fu uyar\u0131larda bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hipertansiyonu olan hastalar da kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 y\u00fckselmelerine kar\u015f\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuzlu, kuruyemi\u015f gibi yiyeceklerden uzak durmal\u0131. Bu hastalar\u0131m\u0131zda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketimine ba\u011fl\u0131 &#8216;hipertansif kriz&#8217; dedi\u011fimiz ciddi kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 y\u00fckselmeleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor. Bu hastalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131 ak\u015famlar\u0131 acil servis ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemliyoruz. Kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok ani y\u00fckselmesi hastalarda beyin kanamas\u0131, inme, kalp krizi gibi \u00f6l\u00fcme kadar gidebilecek sonu\u00e7lara yol a\u00e7abiliyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Gemcio\u011flu, alkoll\u00fc ve asitli i\u00e7eceklerin gastrit, \u00fclser gibi problemleri bulunan ki\u015filerde ciddi mide yak\u0131nmalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra nadir de olsa mide kanamas\u0131 gibi a\u011f\u0131r tablolara da sebep oldu\u011funu anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Uyumadan 2-3 saat \u00f6nce yeme- i\u00e7me sonland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Kronik hastalar ve t\u00fcm ki\u015filere, dengeli beslenmeyi, bol su t\u00fcketimini, d\u00fczenli egzersiz yapmay\u0131, sigara ve alkolden uzak durmay\u0131 \u00f6neren Gemcio\u011flu, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131nda uyumadan 2-3 saat \u00f6nce yeme ve i\u00e7me sonland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131. Ertesi g\u00fcn g\u00fcne hafif bir kahvalt\u0131yla ba\u015flamak, o g\u00fcn bol s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketilmesi, g\u00fcn\u00fcn geri kalan\u0131nda da hafif, dengeli bir beslenmenin tercih edilmesi \u00f6nemli.
