Glutensiz diyetler, enerji, ya\u011f, karbonhidrat ve posa gibi besin \u00f6gelerinin dengesiz al\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kazan\u0131m\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanabilmektedir.
