Bu nedenle &#8216;uyusun da b\u00fcy\u00fcs\u00fcn&#8217; kavram\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekten t\u0131bbi kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 da var. \u00c7ocuklar, uyku esnas\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcme hormonu salg\u0131l\u0131yor, geli\u015fim art\u0131yor. \u00c7ocu\u011fun kaliteli ve d\u00fczg\u00fcn uyumas\u0131 hem geli\u015fimini hem de bili\u015fsel fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 olumlu etkiliyor.&#8221; ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ocuklarla ilgili bu konuda yap\u0131lan bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara i\u015faret eden \u00d6ztura, uyku apnesi, geniz eti olan, rahat nefes alamayan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ameliyat sonras\u0131 kaliteli uyuduklar\u0131 ve bu \u015fekilde matematik zekalar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bilimsel baz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda g\u00f6sterildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/96f91bbd-282f-4a24-a12c-1b1092cfeb3b\/009_2023%2F01_2023%2F20_Aralik%2F34%2FILKOKUL_CAGINDAKI_COCUKLARIN_YUZDE_15I_UYKUSUNDA_GECE_TERORU_YASIYOR.jpg\"\/><br \/><em>Foto\u011fraf:\u00a0Burcu \u00c7al\u0131k G\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcml\u00fc\/AA<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>\u00c7ocuklarda en s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen uyku bozuklu\u011fu &#8220;parasomnia&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u0130brahim \u00d6ztura, \u00e7ocuklarda uyku s\u00fcresinin ya\u015f gruplar\u0131na ve \u00e7ocu\u011fun ki\u015fisel durumuna g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7ekerek, ergenlikle birlikte g\u00fcnde ortalama 7-8 saatlik yeti\u015fkin uyku s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Uyku bozukluklar\u0131n\u0131n, insomnia (uykusuzluk), uykuda solunum bozuklu\u011funa yol a\u00e7an apneler, narkolepsi (a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 uykulu olmak), parasomnia (gece ter\u00f6r\u00fc) gruplar\u0131na ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00d6ztura, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda &#8216;gece ter\u00f6r\u00fc&#8217; olarak bilinen &#8216;parasomnia&#8217; hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Uykuda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan anormal davran\u0131\u015f, hareket, uykuda y\u00fcr\u00fcme, konu\u015fma bu gruba giriyor. \u00d6zellikle ilkokul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuk n\u00fcfusta y\u00fczde 15 civar\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, yeti\u015fkin \u00e7a\u011fla birlikte y\u00fczde 4&#8217;lere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Bu rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n ailesel y\u00f6n\u00fc de var, anne-baba da \u00e7ocuklu\u011funda ayn\u0131 durumu ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olabiliyor. Parasomnia hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n net bir sebebi yok ancak beyin geli\u015fiminden kaynaklanan k\u0131smi uyanma olarak kabul ediliyor. Yani beyin, gece derin yava\u015f uykuda k\u0131smi uyan\u0131yor ama bilin\u00e7, fark\u0131ndal\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131 uyanm\u0131yor. \u00c7ocuk, anlaml\u0131 motor bir hareket yap\u0131yor, kalk\u0131yor, y\u00fcr\u00fcyor ya da konu\u015fuyor. Yani bir uyanma, ritmik hareket s\u00f6z konusu ama bu hareketin bilin\u00e7le ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 yok. \u00d6rne\u011fin, geceleri uykuda alt kat kom\u015fusuna inip, onun k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocu\u011fuyla oynamaya geldim diye kap\u0131y\u0131 \u00e7alan bir \u00e7ocuk hastam vard\u0131.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Gece ter\u00f6r\u00fc ya\u015fayan \u00e7ocuklarda \u00f6ncelikle uyku apnesi, geniz eti gibi altta yatan baz\u0131 nedenlerin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve tedavi edildi\u011fini aktaran \u00d6ztura, &#8220;E\u011fer b\u00f6yle bir sebep yoksa \u00e7ocukta uykuyu d\u00fczenlemeye, onu daha stabil bir uyku d\u00fczenine kavu\u015fturmaya, uyku d\u00fczenini bozan etkenlerin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na odaklan\u0131l\u0131yor. Uykuda y\u00fcr\u00fcyen \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in mesela kap\u0131, pencerelere k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck alarmlar tak\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi aileyi de rahatlatan \u00f6nlemleri \u00f6neriyoruz.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3>Uykuda herkesin &#8220;normali&#8221; farkl\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u0130brahim \u00d6ztura, herkesin uyku yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, &#8220;Kimisi zor uykuya dalar kimisi \u00e7ok derin uyur. Yani uykuda normalin ne oldu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 bir konu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla al\u0131nan uyku ki\u015fiyi dinlenmi\u015f, yeterli zihinsel ve bedensel sa\u011fl\u0131kta olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yorsa o iyi bir uykudur.&#8221; de\u011ferlendirmesini yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Uyku psikolojisinin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu, ki\u015fi zaten &#8220;uyumal\u0131y\u0131m&#8221; gibi gergin, tedirgin bir duygu ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda uykuya dalmas\u0131n\u0131n da zorla\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan \u00d6ztura, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Uykuya da bir haz\u0131rlan\u0131\u015f s\u00fcreci var. Ki\u015filere \u00f6zellikle stresli d\u00f6nemlerde uyumaya 1 veya yar\u0131m saat kala rahatlat\u0131c\u0131 bir ara s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u00f6neriyoruz. Bu ki\u015fiden ki\u015fiye de\u011fi\u015fir, kitap okumak, sosyal medyada gezinecekse telefon ekran\u0131n\u0131n sar\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa ge\u00e7irilmesi olabilir.
