{"id":24025,"date":"2023-12-13T03:19:41","date_gmt":"2023-12-13T03:19:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kraios.app\/news\/saglik\/2023\/12\/13\/turk-hekimleri-ulasilmasi-zor-noktalardaki-kalp-tumorlerinin-tedavisinde-dunyaya-oncu-oldu\/"},"modified":"2023-12-13T03:19:41","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T03:19:41","slug":"turk-hekimleri-ulasilmasi-zor-noktalardaki-kalp-tumorlerinin-tedavisinde-dunyaya-oncu-oldu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kraios.app\/news\/saglik\/2023\/12\/13\/turk-hekimleri-ulasilmasi-zor-noktalardaki-kalp-tumorlerinin-tedavisinde-dunyaya-oncu-oldu\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00fcrk hekimleri ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 zor noktalardaki kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin tedavisinde d\u00fcnyaya \u00f6nc\u00fc oldu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Ba\u015fkent \u00dcniversitesi Radyasyon Onkolojisi Anabilim Dal\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve T\u00fcrk Radyasyon Onkolojisi Derne\u011fi eski Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Cem \u00d6nal, AA muhabirine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, kanserin t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada en \u00e7ok \u00f6l\u00fcme yol a\u00e7an hastal\u0131klardan biri oldu\u011funu belirterek, yeni teknolojinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedavilerle hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n kontrol\u00fc ve sa\u011f kal\u0131m oranlar\u0131n\u0131n artabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Kanser tedavisi s\u00fcrecinde, halk aras\u0131nda &#8220;\u0131\u015f\u0131n tedavisi&#8221; olarak bilinen radyasyon tedavisinde \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler oldu\u011funu ve bir\u00e7ok kanser t\u00fcr\u00fcnde t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn evresine ve yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re aktif olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisini veren \u00d6nal, art\u0131k daha \u00f6nce radyoterapi uygulanamayan b\u00f6lgelere de se\u00e7ili vakalarda bu y\u00f6ntemin yap\u0131labilece\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nal, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir alana \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek dozda \u0131\u015f\u0131n verilmesi olarak tan\u0131mlanan radyocerrahi y\u00f6ntemi &#8220;nokta at\u0131\u015f\u0131&#8221; ile ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 zor noktalardaki t\u00fcm\u00f6rlere dahi m\u00fcdahale edilebildi\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00f6ntemdeki en \u00f6nemli yenili\u011fin, \u00f6nceleri uygulama yap\u0131lamayan organlardaki t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin daha y\u00fcksek oranda kontrol edilmeye ba\u015flanmas\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7eken \u00d6nal, &#8220;Bu y\u00f6ntem bir\u00e7ok kanser t\u00fcr\u00fcnde uygulanabiliyor. Ancak baz\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00f6rlere m\u00fcdahale \u015fans\u0131m\u0131z olmuyordu. Daha \u00f6nce hi\u00e7 m\u00fcdahale edilemeyen t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri geliyordu.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nal, k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6ncesine kadar kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc tan\u0131s\u0131 alan hastalarda, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n evresinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak radyasyon tedavisinin verilemedi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, &#8220;Kalp, \u00e7ok hassas bir organ ve s\u00fcrekli hareket halinde. Bu nedenle tedavi s\u0131ras\u0131nda t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn devaml\u0131 hareket etmesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, uygun radyasyon tedavileri uygulanmamaktayd\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca kalp b\u00f6lgesinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131na verilecek radyasyon, organda kal\u0131c\u0131 hasar b\u0131rakabiliyor ya da o organ\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaz hale getirebiliyordu. \u0130leri teknolojinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6ntemle art\u0131k t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn bulundu\u011fu yer net g\u00f6r\u00fclerek daha y\u00fcksek dozda bir radyasyon verilebilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin d\u00fcnya genelinde g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 binde birin alt\u0131nda&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada \u00e7ok nadir g\u00f6r\u00fclen kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin kalp kas\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve t\u0131pta &#8220;anjiyosarkom&#8221; olarak isimlendirildi\u011fini anlatan \u00d6nal, bu t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn genellikle kalbin sa\u011f \u00fcst k\u0131sm\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bilgisini payla\u015farak, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin d\u00fcnya genelinde g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 binde birin alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Maalesef, tan\u0131 konuldu\u011funda hastalar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131na etkili bir tedavi uygulanam\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc cerrahi imkan\u0131 olduk\u00e7a az bir t\u00fcm\u00f6r, sistemik tedavi imkan\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 ve en \u00f6nemlisi radyoterapi de yap\u0131lam\u0131yordu. Kalp, s\u00fcrekli hareketli bir organ oldu\u011fundan, radyoterapi s\u0131ras\u0131nda t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc takip etmek ihtimali yoktu. Ayr\u0131ca, t\u00fcm\u00f6r tam olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclemiyordu. Bu nedenle \u00e7ok geni\u015f alana radyasyon verilmesi gerekiyordu. Radyoterapi uygulamas\u0131nda y\u00fcksek doz \u0131\u015f\u0131n verilebilmesi i\u00e7in ya t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn bulundu\u011fu yerin hareketsiz olmas\u0131 ya da hareketin takip edilerek tam t\u00fcm\u00f6re \u0131\u015f\u0131n verilebilmesi laz\u0131m.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>T\u0131bb\u0131n, kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc tan\u0131s\u0131 alan hastalar oldu\u011funda adeta \u00e7aresiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren \u00d6nal, hareketin takip edilerek t\u00fcm\u00f6re odaklanabilen cihazlarla yap\u0131lan &#8220;nokta at\u0131\u015f\u0131&#8221; y\u00f6nteminin art\u0131k kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinde de kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;T\u00fcrk radyasyon onkologlar\u0131nca bu alanda bir ilke imza at\u0131ld\u0131&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>\u00d6nal, kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerine &#8220;nokta at\u0131\u015f\u0131&#8221; y\u00f6nteminde T\u00fcrk bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnyaya \u00f6nc\u00fc olacak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya imza att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00f6ntemin kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinde uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131n kendisinin ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki bir heyet taraf\u0131ndan 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk vakaya ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran \u00d6nal, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk kez kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc bulunan bir vakay\u0131 &#8216;nokta at\u0131\u015f&#8217; y\u00f6ntemiyle tedavi ettikten sonra d\u00fcnya literat\u00fcr\u00fcne sunduk ve T\u00fcrk hekimlerinin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedavi h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015feklide kabul edildi. \u00dc\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde de yine 3 ayr\u0131 vakay\u0131 ayn\u0131 y\u00f6ntemle tedavi ettik. Vakalara uygulanan tedavi y\u00f6ntemi ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 hakemli dergilerde yay\u0131mlanarak d\u00fcnya literat\u00fcr\u00fcne girdi. T\u00fcrkiye, kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinde &#8216;nokta at\u0131\u015f&#8217; y\u00f6ntemi ile t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc yok edebilen uygulamada d\u00fcnyadaki ilk \u00fclke oldu. T\u00fcrk radyasyon onkologlar\u0131nca bu alanda bir ilke imza at\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eimdi 4. vakan\u0131n tedavisi de ayn\u0131 y\u00f6ntemle tamamland\u0131. \u015eu anda bununla ilgili d\u00fcnya literat\u00fcr\u00fcne kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin bu y\u00f6ntemle nas\u0131l tedavi edilebilece\u011fine y\u00f6nelik de bir k\u0131lavuz haz\u0131rl\u0131yoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nal, kalp t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc tan\u0131s\u0131 alan ve s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da metastaz\u0131 bulunan hastalar\u0131n da bu y\u00f6ntem i\u00e7in aday olabilece\u011fini belirterek, &#8220;Evreden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak, erken evre hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan veya s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da metastaz\u0131 olan hastalar yararlanabilir. Kalpte bulunan bir t\u00fcm\u00f6r de m\u00fcdahale edilmedi\u011finde s\u00fcrekli b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00f6sterecektir.
