Yaln\u0131zca 332 konutluk arsa pay\u0131n\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ispartakule projesi, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6rd\u00fc. \u0130ki saat i\u00e7inde ise projenin y\u00fczde 70\u2019inin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 1+1, 2+1 ve 3+1 se\u00e7eneklerden olu\u015facak projede tam donan\u0131ml\u0131 site ya\u015fam\u0131na uygun fiyatlarla ula\u015fabilmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak. Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar, A\u015famal\u0131 Konut Sahibi Olma Sistemi\u2019nin ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 olan arsa yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan bu de\u011ferli b\u00f6lgede in\u015faat maliyetini kar\u015f\u0131layarak da konut sahibi olabilecek.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/c9f1ae26-3cf3-4ab4-9d72-230dedd01a4c\/20231125_2_61411888_95299965.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Ispartakule projesinin in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6zle\u015fme tarihinden itibaren 12 ay sonra ba\u015flamas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Daire se\u00e7eneklerinden yararlanmak isteyenler i\u00e7in ise in\u015faat maliyeti i\u00e7in pe\u015fin veya taksitler halinde \u00f6deme imkan\u0131 sunuluyor. Dairelerin teslimi ise in\u015faat\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 36 ay i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Faruk Akbal, etkinlikte yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de konut sahibi olman\u0131n, her ailenin, her bireyin bir hayali oldu\u011funu belirterek, bar\u0131nma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada gerek ekonomik, gerek siyasi, gerek toplumsal olarak en \u00f6nemli hususlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda geldi\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Akbal, &#8220;Gerek ekonominin geldi\u011fi boyut, maliyetlerdeki art\u0131\u015f, enflasyon bask\u0131s\u0131, banka kredilerindeki zorluklar ve k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar, vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ev sahibi olma noktas\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a zor bir durumda b\u0131rak\u0131yor.
