Yani olduk\u00e7a bir fark var. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fcnyada son derece \u00f6nemli hastal\u0131klar grubundad\u0131r.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7bay, kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan korunmak i\u00e7in hipertansiyon, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, obezite, kolesterole dikkat edilerek sigaradan uzak durulmas\u0131, diyabet hastalar\u0131n\u0131n da s\u0131k s\u0131k kan \u015fekerini kontrol ettirmesi gerekti\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131n y\u0131lda bir kez kan \u015fekeri de\u011ferlerini kontrol ettirmesinin \u00f6nemine de\u011finen Gen\u00e7bay, egzersiz ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n da \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ve egzersiz yapman\u0131n kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na etkisinin b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011funu belirten Gen\u00e7bay, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Haftada hi\u00e7 de\u011filse 2-3 g\u00fcn yar\u0131m saatlik egzersiz ve y\u00fcr\u00fcmek \u00f6nemli. Yani normal g\u00fcnl\u00fck aktiviteniz asl\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in yeterli de\u011fil. Ekstra egzersiz yapmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Ama egzersizi \u00e7ok yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde ba\u015flat\u0131p, b\u0131kt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u015fekle getirmemek laz\u0131m. \u0130ki t\u00fcr egzersiz var, bir aerobik egzersiz, y\u00fcr\u00fcmek ve y\u00fczme gibi, ikincisi de rezistans egzersiz dedi\u011fimiz a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kald\u0131rma gibi egzersizler. Daha \u00e7ok y\u00fcr\u00fcme, y\u00fczme, hafif ko\u015fma gibi egzersizleri yava\u015ftan ba\u015flay\u0131p hafif hafif artt\u0131rmakta fayda var.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Sigara kalp hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in tam bir felaket&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Gen\u00e7bay, kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131, diyabet ve hipertansiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan korunmak i\u00e7in Akdeniz diyetinin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et ve hayvansal ya\u011flardan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7eken Gen\u00e7bay, tuz t\u00fcketiminin en aza indirilmesi tavsiyesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Kalp ve damar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan korunmak i\u00e7in kesinlikle sigaradan uzak durulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine vurgu yapan Gen\u00e7bay, &#8220;Sigara kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in tam bir felaket. Mutlaka ve mutlaka b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 laz\u0131m.
