Bu da T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin di\u011fer geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda sorumlulu\u011funun daha az oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.&#8221; de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eahin, 2021 rakamlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, en \u00e7ok karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 yapan \u00fclkelerin s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 31 ile \u00c7in, y\u00fczde 13,5 ile ABD ve y\u00fczde 7,3 ile Hindistan oldu\u011fu ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n toplam karbon emisyonunun y\u00fczde 52&#8217;sini sadece bu \u00fclkelerin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bilgisini payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2015&#8217;teki 1. Ulusal Katk\u0131 Beyan\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n (NDC) ge\u00e7en sene g\u00fcncellendi\u011fini an\u0131msatan \u015eahin, &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2030&#8217;a kadar emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 32 azaltmaya denk gelen bir azalt\u0131m hedefi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefi do\u011frultusunda yenilenebilir enerji kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc h\u0131zla artacak<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de, Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131&#8217;na uygun olarak 2053&#8217;te net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefi belirlendi. Sabanc\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi \u0130PM \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, 2019&#8217;da ba\u015flat\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2050&#8217;ye kadar nas\u0131l karbonsuzla\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusunda \u00f6rnek bir yol haritas\u0131 \u00fczerinde bir dizi modelleme yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve raporlar yay\u0131mland\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hen\u00fcz 2053 net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefi ilan edilmemi\u015f oldu\u011fundan net s\u0131f\u0131r i\u00e7in hedef y\u0131l olarak 2050 se\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2053&#8217;te net s\u0131f\u0131r ulusal hedefine uygun olarak olu\u015fturulan Net S\u0131f\u0131r Senaryosu&#8217;nda, \u00fclkede elektrik, ula\u015f\u0131m, binalar, sanayi ve di\u011fer \u00fcretici sekt\u00f6rlerde karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k aral\u0131klarla nas\u0131l bir seyir izleyece\u011fi ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Rapora g\u00f6re, elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefi do\u011frultusunda yenilenebilir enerji kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc h\u0131zla artacak. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in gerekli sistem esnekli\u011fini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in, mevcut sistemde bulunmayan depolama sistemleri, pompajl\u0131 hidroelektrik santrali ve batarya depolama teknolojileri h\u0131zla devreye girecek. Esneklik mekanizmas\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131labilecek uluslararas\u0131 enterkoneksiyon hatlar\u0131n\u0131n net transfer kapasitesi 2050&#8217;de 9,22 gigavat olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Net S\u0131f\u0131r Senaryosu&#8217;nda, 2020&#8217;den sonra, r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde h\u0131zl\u0131 art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanacak ve 2040&#8217;tan sonra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck miktarlarda da olsa konsantre g\u00fcne\u015f ve deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar kapasiteleri sisteme eklenecek. Senaryoda kara ve deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 2050&#8217;de 62 gigavat\u0131 a\u015facak, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc ise 2050&#8217;de 193 gigavata ula\u015facak. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde jeotermal enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 5,5 gigavat, biyok\u00fctle 16 gigavata \u00e7\u0131kacak. Hidroelektrik santrallerinin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc ise 2050&#8217;ye kadar 44 gigavat olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda yer alan senaryo kapsam\u0131nda, modern yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimdeki pay\u0131 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 17&#8217;den 2050&#8217;de yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 80&#8217;e y\u00fckselecek, fosil yak\u0131t kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimdeki pay\u0131 ise h\u0131zla azalarak 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 58&#8217;den 2050&#8217;de y\u00fczde 7&#8217;ye d\u00fc\u015fecek. 2050&#8217;de, elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7inde hidroelektrik santrallerinin pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 11, n\u00fckleer enerjinin pay\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 5 olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda, ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve linyitle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan b\u00fct\u00fcn termik santraller 2030&#8217;lar\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda devreden \u00e7\u0131kacak, 2035-2040 aras\u0131nda 1,3 gigavat kurulu g\u00fcce sahip ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcrle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir santral a\u00e7\u0131k kalacak.
