Teknolojinin geli\u015fmesiyle art\u0131k nod\u00fcl tedavisinde ameliyats\u0131z radyofrekans ve mikrodalga y\u00f6ntemleri de kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fak\u015fehir \u00c7am ve Sakura \u015eehir Hastanesi Giri\u015fimsel Radyoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde uygulanan y\u00f6ntemlerle tiroid nod\u00fcl tedavisinde y\u00fczde 100 ba\u015far\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Tedavide 20-30 dakikal\u0131k operasyonla hastalar\u0131n tiroid nod\u00fclleri radyofrekans ve mikrodalga cihazlar\u0131yla a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131z \u015fekilde yak\u0131larak tedavi ediliyor. Hasta operasyondan 1 saat sonra taburcu ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/9c85db40-ef31-40fe-a989-05c7e506d5d0\/11_2023%2F15112023%2Ft1_.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Giri\u015fimsel Radyoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Sorumlusu Prof. Dr. \u00d6zg\u00fcr K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7kesmez, AA muhabirine, tiroid bezinin boynun \u00f6n k\u0131sm\u0131ndaki iki tarafta yer alan, b\u00fct\u00fcn metabolizmay\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen \u00f6nemli bir bez oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Tiroidin, beslenmeyle ilgili iyot eksikli\u011fi olan b\u00f6lgelerde endemik g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7kesmez, &#8220;Guatr yapan besinlerin fazlaca t\u00fcketilmesi, genetik fakt\u00f6rler gibi farkl\u0131 nedenlerden dolay\u0131 tiroid nod\u00fcl\u00fc olduk\u00e7a s\u0131k g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7kesmez, rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n eskiden nadir ve b\u00fcy\u00fck nod\u00fcller bulundu\u011fu zaman fark\u0131na var\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatarak, &#8220;G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ultrasonla daha s\u0131kl\u0131kla ve erken tan\u0131 koyabiliyoruz. \u00c7o\u011funlukla \u015fikayete yol a\u00e7m\u0131yorlar ama tiroid nod\u00fclleri \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011fu zaman bas\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 yutma g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, nefes alma zorlu\u011fu gibi \u015fikayetlere yol a\u00e7abiliyorlar.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Rahats\u0131zl\u0131kta y\u00fczde 5-10 aras\u0131nda kanserle\u015fme olabildi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7kesmez, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tiroid kanserleri di\u011fer organlar\u0131n kanserleri gibi agresif de\u011filler ama yine de \u015f\u00fcphelendi\u011fimiz zaman biyopsi yap\u0131p gerekli tedavileri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Eskiden tiroid nod\u00fcllerinde gerekti\u011fi zamanda cerrahi y\u00f6ntemler uygulan\u0131yordu. Teknolojinin geli\u015fmesiyle birlikte hasta uyutulmadan g\u00fcn\u00fcbirlik tedaviler uygulanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Bu uygulamaya &#8216;radyofrekans ve mikrodalga ablasyon&#8217; diyoruz. \u00d6zellikle 2-3 santimetrenin \u00fczerinde semptom yaratan ve zehirli guatr dedi\u011fimiz \u00e7ok fazla hormon salg\u0131layan nod\u00fclleri lokal anestezi e\u015fli\u011finde hasta uyan\u0131kken ciltten girerek yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 ile 30 dakika aras\u0131nda ablasyon dedi\u011fimiz y\u00f6ntemle yak\u0131yoruz. Nod\u00fcllerin t\u00fcm\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 ay ile bir sene i\u00e7erisinde y\u00fczde 70-80 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyorlar. Yani y\u00fczde 70 kayboluyor ve cans\u0131zla\u015f\u0131yorlar. Y\u0131ll\u0131k ultrasonu takip \u00f6nemli, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc y\u00fczde 5 olas\u0131l\u0131kla kenar\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fcme olabiliyor, ancak eski boyutlar\u0131na ula\u015fam\u0131yorlar. Bunlar ilerleyen y\u0131llarda tekrar ablate edilebilirler.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Y\u00fczde 100 ba\u015far\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7kesmez, tedavide tiroid bezi tamamen \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in hastan\u0131n \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu ila\u00e7 kullanmak zorunda kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatarak, &#8220;Tiroid nod\u00fcl tedavisinin ard\u0131ndan ses k\u0131s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi komplikasyonlar\u0131n \u00e7ok nadir g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Onlar ciddi d\u00fczeyde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmeye yol a\u00e7\u0131p hastay\u0131 nefes alabilir duruma getiriyorlar. Kalanlar i\u00e7in sonras\u0131nda ablasyon yapabiliyoruz.
