Gezegen art\u0131k 1800&#8217;l\u00fc y\u0131llara g\u00f6re 1,1 derece daha s\u0131cak ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131 s\u0131tman\u0131n artmas\u0131 tehdidini de beraberinde getiriyor.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kiraz, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin s\u0131tman\u0131n yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l etkiledi\u011fini, &#8220;Daha y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarla birlikte sivrisinekteki parazitin b\u00fcy\u00fcme d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc, endemik b\u00f6lgelerde ve al\u00e7ak rak\u0131mlarda de\u011fi\u015fecek ve bu etkenler parazitin daha h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fmesine neden olacak, bula\u015fmay\u0131 art\u0131racak ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hastal\u0131k y\u00fck\u00fc de artacak.&#8221; s\u00f6zleriyle a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/greenline\/userFiles\/410\/20231004_2_60533539_93332808.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u0130klimle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 afetlerin s\u0131tma riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Kiraz, Pakistan ve Mozambik&#8217;teki \u015fiddetli sel felaketlerinin ard\u0131ndan s\u0131tma vakalar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin raporlar, Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri&#8217;nde ise 20 y\u0131ld\u0131r ilk kez yerli s\u0131tma vakas\u0131na rastland\u0131\u011f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yay\u0131nlar bulundu\u011funu aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, s\u0131tma vakalar\u0131n\u0131n, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte de g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi&#8217;nde yeniden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fi, s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131 nedeniyle, daha \u00f6nce rastlanmayan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin kuzey b\u00f6lgeleri ile \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi&#8217;nde dahi g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fi uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulunan Kiraz, DS\u00d6&#8217;n\u00fcn 2025 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclerinin de hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile birlikte kuzeye do\u011fru yay\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6sterece\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde oldu\u011funa i\u015faret etti.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/greenline\/userFiles\/410\/awa.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Yerel halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 erken uyar\u0131 sistemleri olu\u015fturulmal\u0131&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u0131tma hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kent merkezlerinin riskli b\u00f6lgeler oldu\u011fundan bahseden Kiraz, \u00f6zellikle \u00f6l\u00fc suyun topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 barajlar, a\u00e7\u0131k b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f y\u00fczme havuzlar\u0131 ve yeni in\u015faat alanlar\u0131ndaki \u00e7ukurlar gibi alanlarda biriken durgun sular\u0131n, s\u0131cakl\u0131k ve nem etkisiyle birlikte s\u0131tma vakalar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015fa neden olabilece\u011fi uyar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Kiraz, \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;2017&#8217;de s\u0131tma vakalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 92&#8217;si ve s\u0131tma \u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin y\u00fczde 93&#8217;\u00fc Afrika&#8217;da meydana gelmi\u015f. Her y\u0131l d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda 200-300 milyon s\u0131tma vakas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken 400 binden fazla ki\u015fi \u00f6l\u00fcyor. Bu \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin y\u00fczde 61&#8217;i, 5 ya\u015f alt\u0131 \u00e7ocuklarda g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Her y\u0131l \u00e7ok say\u0131da uluslararas\u0131 yolcu, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fclkelerde s\u0131tmaya yakalan\u0131yor. Eve d\u00f6nd\u00fckten sonra da hasta oluyorlar. Burada k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklara dikkat etmek gerekiyor. Hamileler ve ya\u015fl\u0131 yolcular da daha fazla risk alt\u0131ndalar.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/greenline\/userFiles\/410\/whatsapp-image-2023-10-25-at-15.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Kiraz, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi kaynakl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tespiti ve kontrol\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00fclkelerin iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden etkilenme durumlar\u0131 \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctmeleri, risk analizleri yapmalar\u0131, farkl\u0131 projeksiyon ve senaryolar olu\u015fturmalar\u0131, hatta de\u011fi\u015fen iklim sinyallerini takip ederek bu senaryolar\u0131 tekrar tekrar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131tman\u0131n \u00f6nlenebilmesi i\u00e7in ulusal ve yerel halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 erken uyar\u0131 sistemleri olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine de\u011finen Kiraz, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00d6rne\u011fin Fransa bunu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. &#8216;Sivrisinekler geliyor&#8217; ya da &#8216;Sivrisinekler \u015fehrimizin \u015fu mahallesinde daha yo\u011fun g\u00f6z\u00fckt\u00fc&#8217; \u015feklinde uyar\u0131lar yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Benim \u015fu anda telefonumda b\u00f6yle bir aplikasyon var. Bir proje kapsam\u0131nda &#8216;Sivrisinek alarm\u0131&#8217; diye yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f.
