Bu alanlar, yar\u0131 iletken, yapay zeka, kuantum teknolojileri ile biyoteknolojiler olarak s\u0131raland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130leri yar\u0131 iletken teknolojileri aras\u0131nda mikroelektronik, fotonik, y\u00fcksek frekansl\u0131 \u00e7ipler, yar\u0131 iletken \u00fcretim ekipmanlar\u0131 yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksel performansl\u0131 hesaplama, bulut veri analizi, dil ve \u015fifreleme ile nesne tan\u0131ma, yapay zeka teknolojileri i\u00e7inde s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kuantum teknolojileri aras\u0131nda, kuantum hesaplama, kuantum kriptografi, kuantum ileti\u015fim alg\u0131lama gibi unsurlara yer verildi.<\/p>\n<p>Biyoteknolojilere de genetik modifikasyon teknikleri, genom teknikleri ve sentetik biyoloji gibi alanlar dahil edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Komisyon, \u00fcye \u00fclkelere y\u0131l sonuna kadar s\u00f6z konusu 4 kritik teknoloji alan\u0131nda risk de\u011ferlendirmesi yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 teklif etti. Toplu risk de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinin ard\u0131ndan komisyonun, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 ilkbahar d\u00f6neminde yeni giri\u015fimlerde bulunmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kararda ad\u0131 ge\u00e7memesine ra\u011fmen s\u00f6z konusu risk de\u011ferlendirmesinin \u00f6zellikle \u00c7in gibi rakip \u00fclkeleri hedef ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
