Asya ve Avrupa aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00f6revi g\u00f6ren \u00fclkemizin co\u011frafi konumunun sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n ekonomik ve ticari avantajlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilmesi i\u00e7in demir yollar\u0131nda yeni bir at\u0131l\u0131m ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Demir yolu hatlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n limanlara, havaalanlar\u0131na, lojistik merkezlere ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak demir yollar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kombine ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011fa uygun yeni bir anlay\u0131\u015fla ele ald\u0131k. Projelerimizle sadece do\u011fu-bat\u0131 hatt\u0131nda de\u011fil, kuzey-g\u00fcney k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda da demir yolu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ekonomiye katk\u0131 sa\u011flar hale getirmeyi planlad\u0131k.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, 2003-2023 y\u0131llar\u0131nda \u00fclkede demir yollar\u0131nda ciddi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar, iyile\u015ftirme, yenileme ve kalk\u0131nma hamleleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerinin alt\u0131n \u00e7izerek, &#8220;Son 21 y\u0131lda demir yollar\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131k 880 milyar lira yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131k. Demir yollar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 elden ge\u00e7irdik ve yeniledik.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihi \u0130pek Yolu&#8217;nun canland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7layan &#8220;Tek Yol Tek Ku\u015fak&#8221; giri\u015fiminin en \u00f6nemli halkas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan Bak\u00fc-Tiflis-Kars Demiryolu Hatt\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 in\u015fa ettiklerini hat\u0131rlatan Uralo\u011flu, s\u00f6z konusu projeyle Asya ile Avrupa k\u0131talar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kesintisiz demir yolu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale getiren Marmaray ile Londra&#8217;dan Pekin&#8217;e kadar en g\u00fcvenli, k\u0131sa ve ekonomik uluslararas\u0131 demir yolu koridorunu olu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, 2003&#8217;te yakla\u015f\u0131k 11 bin kilometre olan demir yolu uzunlu\u011funa, 2023 itibar\u0131yla 2 bin 250 kilometresi Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Tren (YHT) ve h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatt\u0131 olmak \u00fczere yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 bin kilometre eklediklerini ve b\u00f6ylece demir yolu uzunlu\u011funu 14 bin kilometreye y\u00fckselttiklerini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkenin ilk YHT hatt\u0131n\u0131n 13 Mart 2009&#8217;da Ankara-Eski\u015fehir aras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7eken Uralo\u011flu, 2011&#8217;de Ankara-Konya, 2014&#8217;te Eski\u015fehir-\u0130stanbul, 2022&#8217;de Konya-Karaman ve bu y\u0131l i\u00e7inde de Ankara-Sivas hatlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, h\u0131zl\u0131 trenlerle konforlu, h\u0131zl\u0131 ve modern seyahat hizmetinin do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 19 ilde ve \u00fclke n\u00fcfusunun yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 50&#8217;sine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;2053 Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Lojistik Ana Plan\u0131 ve yol haritam\u0131zla, h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hizmeti alan il say\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, Ankara-\u0130zmir, Mersin-Adana-Gaziantep, Halkal\u0131-Kap\u0131kule gibi t\u00fcm h\u0131zl\u0131 tren projelerimizi tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda 52&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kartaca\u011f\u0131z. Demir yolu hat uzunlu\u011fumuzu da 28 bin 590 kilometreye y\u00fckseltece\u011fiz. \u015eu anda yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 bin 800 kilometre yeni demir yolu hatt\u0131nda da yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z devam ediyor. Bunun yan\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 bin 800 kilometrelik hatt\u0131n proje \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015f 5 bin kilometrede de et\u00fct ve proje \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z da s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Ayr\u0131ca, 2053 net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefimizle, kara yolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 72&#8217;den y\u00fczde 57&#8217;ye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeyi, demir yolu y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da y\u00fczde 5&#8217;ten y\u00fczde 22&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz. Bu sayede karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda azalma sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Yeni demir yolu hatlar\u0131 ile mevcut hatlar\u0131n elektrikli, sinyalli ve \u00e7ift hatl\u0131 hale getirilmesi gibi modernizasyon yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n da devam etti\u011fine i\u015faret eden Uralo\u011flu, \u015fu anda hatlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 58&#8217;ine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen 8 bin 46 kilometrelik k\u0131sm\u0131n sinyalli oldu\u011funa i\u015faret etti. Uralo\u011flu, 1460 kilometrelik hatta yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n da devam etti\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Demir yolu y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla mevcut 12 lojistik merkeze ilave olarak Sivas ve Bo\u011fazk\u00f6pr\u00fc lojistik merkez in\u015faatlar\u0131, fabrika, liman, organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerine iltisak hatt\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda da Gelemen-Tekkek\u00f6y ve Sincan-Yenikent-Kazan-Soda hatlar\u0131ndaki yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n devam etti\u011fine i\u015faret eden Uralo\u011flu, kent i\u00e7i banliy\u00f6 i\u015fletmecili\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ise \u0130zmir&#8217;de \u0130ZBAN, \u0130stanbul&#8217;da Marmaray, Ankara&#8217;da Ba\u015fkentray ve Gaziantep&#8217;te Gaziray&#8217;a ek olarak Konya&#8217;da Konyaray projesinin yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Bir Ku\u015fak Bir Yol Projesi&#8217;ni \u00f6nemli bir f\u0131rsat olarak de\u011ferlendiriyoruz&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Ula\u015f\u0131mda uluslararas\u0131 entegrasyonun &#8220;ekonomik kalk\u0131nman\u0131n dinamosu&#8221; oldu\u011funu ve demir yolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n bu dinamonun en \u00f6nemli g\u00fc\u00e7 kaynaklar\u0131ndan say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Uralo\u011flu, \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bu kapsamda Asya, Avrupa ve Orta Do\u011fu&#8217;yu birbirine ba\u011flayacak Bir Ku\u015fak Bir Yol Projesi&#8217;ni \u00fclkemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir f\u0131rsat olarak de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. Bu projenin orta koridorunun, bizim deyimimizle Yeni \u0130pek Yolu olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fclke i\u00e7inde do\u011fu-bat\u0131 ve kuzey-g\u00fcney eksenindeki eksik ula\u015f\u0131m ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayacak projeleri hayata ge\u00e7iriyoruz. Londra&#8217;dan Pekin&#8217;e uzanan &#8216;Demir \u0130pek Yolu&#8217;nun hayata ge\u00e7mesi titizlikle ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015flerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. Son 21 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde in\u015fa etti\u011fimiz Marmaray, Bak\u00fc-Tiflis-Kars Demiryolu Hatt\u0131 ve Ankara merkezli \u00e7ekirdek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatlar\u0131m\u0131z da bu vizyonun \u00fcr\u00fcnleridir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, 2003&#8217;te 1 milyon 715 bin ton olan uluslararas\u0131 demir yolu y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131n 2022&#8217;de y\u00fczde 158 art\u0131\u015fla 4 milyon 422 bin tona ula\u015farak t\u00fcm zamanlar\u0131n en iyi de\u011ferlerinin elde edildi\u011fine dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>Bak\u00fc-Tiflis-Kars Demiryolu Hatt\u0131&#8217;ndan bug\u00fcne kadar yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon 500 bin ton y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Uralo\u011flu, \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bak\u00fc-Tiflis-Kars Demiryolu Hatt\u0131&#8217;nda Azerbaycan-G\u00fcrcistan ve T\u00fcrkiye aras\u0131nda yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da devam etmektedir.
