Bu durum, midedeki asit ve g\u0131dalar\u0131n geri geldi\u011fi yemek borusunda tahri\u015fe ve g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs arkas\u0131nda yanmaya neden oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ramazan boyunca uzun s\u00fcre a\u00e7 kald\u0131ktan sonra iftarda fazla ve h\u0131zl\u0131 yemek yenmesi, mide i\u00e7eri\u011finin nefes borusuna ka\u00e7mas\u0131na da yol a\u00e7abiliyor. \u00d6zellikle a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yemek yeme, ya\u011fl\u0131, baharatl\u0131, ac\u0131l\u0131 ve k\u0131zartmalar\u0131n t\u00fcketilmesi refl\u00fcy\u00fc tetikleyen ve \u015fiddetlendiren fakt\u00f6rlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor.<\/p>\n<h3>Ramazanda \u015fikayetler art\u0131yor<\/h3>\n<p>\u0130ftardan hemen sonra halk aras\u0131nda &#8220;\u015fekerleme yapmak&#8221; diye tabir edilen 10-15 dakikal\u0131k k\u0131sa uyku da ramazanda s\u0131k rastlanan refl\u00fc \u015fikayetlerine yol a\u00e7abiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve Gastroenteroloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sait Bu\u011fdac\u0131, AA muhabirine, refl\u00fc ve benzeri sindirim sistemi rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015famamak i\u00e7in ramazanda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu\u011fdac\u0131, orucun sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerinde bir\u00e7ok olumlu etkisi oldu\u011funu, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda aral\u0131kl\u0131 a\u00e7 kalman\u0131n insan hayat\u0131n\u0131 uzatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bulgulara ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirerek, insanlar\u0131n art\u0131k g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak aral\u0131kl\u0131 a\u00e7 kalmay\u0131 uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sindirim sistemi problemli oru\u00e7 tutan hastalar\u0131n ramazanda kendilerine daha s\u0131k ba\u015fvurdu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7eken Bu\u011fdac\u0131, en \u00e7ok gastrite ba\u011fl\u0131 \u015fikayetlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, midesinde yanma, ek\u015fime, gaz ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 oru\u00e7 s\u00fcrecini tolere etmekte zorlanan hastalar oldu\u011funu kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Bu\u011fdac\u0131, refl\u00fcn\u00fcn de ramazanda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u015fikayetlerden biri oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, &#8220;Refl\u00fc hastalar\u0131n\u0131n refl\u00fcleri bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te az\u0131yor. Refl\u00fc \u015fikayeti olan hastalar i\u00e7in ramazan \u00f6ncesinde haz\u0131rl\u0131k yapmak daha iyi olur. Ramazanda sahur ve iftarda ila\u00e7lar alarak bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 tolere edilebilir hale getirilebilir. Mide asidini azaltan ila\u00e7lar kullan\u0131labilir. Lifli g\u0131dalar\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde azaltmak laz\u0131m. Mide lifi sindiremedi\u011fi i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok asit salg\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu da daha \u00e7ok hasar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olur.&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Kat\u0131 g\u0131dalar 3 saat sonra mideden bo\u015fal\u0131r&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sait Bu\u011fdac\u0131, uzun bir a\u00e7l\u0131k s\u00fcresinden sonra a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yemek yemenin uyku haline yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yemek miktar\u0131 fazla olunca mide ve ba\u011f\u0131rsak b\u00f6lgesinde kanlanma art\u0131yor. Bu b\u00f6lgeye a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kan\u0131n toplanmas\u0131 beyne giden kan\u0131n azalmas\u0131na ve uyku halinin olu\u015fmas\u0131na neden olur. Yemekte al\u0131nan yo\u011fun protein amino asitlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. \u0130ns\u00fclin bunlar\u0131, ba\u011f\u0131rsaktan emilince al\u0131p h\u00fccrelere transfer eder. Glikozun etkisiyle her yemekten sonra yo\u011fun bir ins\u00fclin salg\u0131s\u0131 olur. Ancak triptofan aminoasidi ins\u00fclin taraf\u0131ndan h\u00fccrelere transfer edilemiyor. Bu da beyinde serotonine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bunun sonucunda uyku hali meydana gelir. Yeme\u011fin \u00fczerine uyumak, \u015fekerleme yapmak, \u00f6zellikle refl\u00fcs\u00fc olanlar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck sorun. Midenin belirli bir bo\u015falma s\u00fcresi var. Yemekten hemen sonra uyursak bu durum refl\u00fcy\u00fc azd\u0131racakt\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te s\u0131v\u0131 g\u0131dalar 1 saat, kat\u0131 g\u0131dalar 3 saat sonra mideden bo\u015fal\u0131r. Buna ra\u011fmen uyku bast\u0131r\u0131yor ve ki\u015fi uyumak istiyorsa anti refl\u00fc yast\u0131\u011f\u0131 kullan\u0131labilir.
