Teranostik kavram\u0131 &#8216;terapi&#8217; ve &#8216;diagnostik&#8217; yani tedavi ve tan\u0131 s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerinden t\u00fcretilmi\u015ftir. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m t\u0131pta k\u0131saca &#8216;g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tedavi et, tedavi etti\u011fini g\u00f6r&#8217; ilkesine dayanmaktad\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/admin.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/a54ea27f-6036-4f79-88c6-6bc9ba19a35d\/08_Nisan%2F09%20mart%2F23%2FAA-30736576.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Her kanser tedavisi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lm\u0131yor&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>U\u011fur, tan\u0131sal n\u00fckleer teknolojinin, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemede her kanser hastas\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labildi\u011fini ancak her kanser tedavisi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7ekerek, &#8220;Bu y\u00f6ntemle uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r tedavi etti\u011fimiz tiroid kanserinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra n\u00f6roendokrin t\u00fcm\u00f6rler, baz\u0131 \u00e7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri, karaci\u011fer kanseri, metastatik ve tedaviye diren\u00e7li prostat kanseri, primer ve metastatik karaci\u011fer kanserleri tedavi edilebiliyor.&#8221; bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6ntemden kimlerin yararlanabilece\u011fine ili\u015fkin de U\u011fur, &#8220;Y\u00f6ntem, klasik tedavilere yan\u0131t vermeyen, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilerleyen ki\u015filerde uygulan\u0131yor. Bu ila\u00e7larla yap\u0131lan tedavilerle hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n tamamen yok olmas\u0131ndan daha \u00e7ok v\u00fccuttaki ilerlemesinin yava\u015flamas\u0131 ve hastalar\u0131n daha uzun ve rahat bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrmesi ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/a54ea27f-6036-4f79-88c6-6bc9ba19a35d\/08_Nisan%2F09%20mart%2F23%2FAA-30736574.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>U\u011fur, tedavi sonras\u0131nda hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n daha yava\u015f ilerledi\u011fi ve ya\u015fam s\u00fcresinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ortaya konuldu\u011funu dile getirerek, &#8220;Hastalar\u0131n ya\u015fam s\u00fcresinde prostat kanserinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 ay, n\u00f6roendokrin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerde ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 ay art\u0131\u015f s\u00f6z konusudur.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Pozitron maddesinden elde edilen ila\u00e7larla tedavide yol al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden U\u011fur, tedaviyle hastalar\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131 \u015fikayetlerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ya\u015fam kalitelerinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<h3>Radyoaktif ila\u00e7lar, hem tan\u0131 hem de tedavide kullan\u0131l\u0131yor&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. U\u011fur, bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 ayr\u0131 a\u015famadan olu\u015ftu\u011funu anlatt\u0131. \u0130lk a\u015famada Pozitron Emisyon Tomografide kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere ila\u00e7 geli\u015ftirilmesi oldu\u011funu ifade eden U\u011fur, bunun i\u00e7in s\u00f6z konusu t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn biyolojik \u00f6zelliklerini ortaya koyabilecek ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel tan\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131 radyoaktif ila\u00e7lar geli\u015ftirilmek \u00fczere pozitron yayan radyon\u00fcklidelerin \u00fcretildi\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/a54ea27f-6036-4f79-88c6-6bc9ba19a35d\/08_Nisan%2F09%20mart%2F23%2FAA-30736575.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Pozitron Emisyon Tomografi g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemede kullan\u0131lan radyoaktif ila\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6zel cihazlarla yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydeden U\u011fur, &#8220;Burada, ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f kanser tedavisi amac\u0131yla t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerdeki biyolojik yolaklar\u0131, t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerdeki resept\u00f6r ve molek\u00fclleri tedavi \u00f6ncesi saptamak ve tedaviyi planlamak i\u00e7in \u00f6zel pozitron \u0131\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 yapan ila\u00e7lar haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor. Burada geli\u015ftirilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler, hem tan\u0131 hem de teranostik tedaviye yol g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Pozitron radyoaktif ila\u00e7 \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>\u0130kinci a\u015famada ise ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel geli\u015ftirilen pozitron \u0131\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 yapan radyoaktif ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131larak uygulanan tan\u0131sal g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme y\u00f6ntemleri oldu\u011funu aktaran U\u011fur, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pozitron, \u00e7ocuklu\u011fumuzda izledi\u011fimiz Uzay Yolu isimli dizide At\u0131lgan uzay arac\u0131n\u0131n yak\u0131t\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yordu. Pozitron, anti-madde demek. Anti-madde, madde ile birle\u015fti\u011finde birbirini yok eder, k\u00fctleleri enerjiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme sa\u011flan\u0131r. Radyoaktif ila\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in t\u0131bbi par\u00e7ac\u0131k h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar ve jenerat\u00f6rler kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. T\u0131bbi par\u00e7ac\u0131k h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131larda protonlar belli elementlerle \u00e7arp\u0131\u015farak radyoaktif elementler olu\u015fuyor. Kanser metabolizmas\u0131na \u00f6zel molek\u00fcller, pozitron yayan radyon\u00fcklidlerle i\u015faretlenerek ila\u00e7 formunda haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor ve &#8216;Pozitron Emisyon Tomogrofisi&#8217; cihaz\u0131nda tan\u0131sal g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/a54ea27f-6036-4f79-88c6-6bc9ba19a35d\/08_Nisan%2F09%20mart%2F23%2FAA-30736577.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Pozitron Emisyon Tomografi, hedef kanser dokusu \u00fczerindeki etken molek\u00fcl\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stererek kanser dokusuna y\u00fcksek radyasyon dozu verilebilecek \u00f6zel radyoaktif tedavi ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131nda yol g\u00f6sterici oluyor. Geli\u015ftirilen pozitron i\u00e7erikli ila\u00e7lar, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemede kullan\u0131larak radyoaktif ilac\u0131n v\u00fccut i\u00e7erisinde gidece\u011fi b\u00f6lgenin ve hastal\u0131kl\u0131 dokuyu etkileme g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn tedaviden \u00f6nce kesin olarak bilinmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bu merkezde \u00fcretilen pozitron yayan ila\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7ok k\u0131sa oldu\u011funu vurgulayan U\u011fur, &#8220;Bu \u00f6zel radyoaktif ila\u00e7lar\u0131n, k\u0131sa \u00f6m\u00fcrleri nedeniyle \u00fcretildi\u011fi yere yak\u0131n merkezlerde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Merkezimizdeki par\u00e7ac\u0131k h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 kullan\u0131larak \u00fcretim yap\u0131lmas\u0131 hastalar\u0131n bu ila\u00e7larla g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemelerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ve teranostik tedavilerden daha fazla yararlanmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Par\u00e7ac\u0131k h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131da \u00fcretim, gece 03.00-04.00 gibi ba\u015fl\u0131yor ve radyoaktif ila\u00e7 sabah 07.00&#8217;de haz\u0131r oluyor. Bir saat kadar kalite kontrol\u00fc yap\u0131l\u0131yor ve ila\u00e7 hastalara uygulan\u0131yor.&#8221; a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Radyoaktif ila\u00e7lar, damar yoluyla hastalara veriliyor&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc a\u015famada ise belirlenen kanserin yap\u0131s\u0131na etki edebilecek ilac\u0131n hastaya damar yoluyla verilerek t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn yok edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten U\u011fur, &#8220;Tedavi edici \u00f6zellikteki radyoaktif ila\u00e7lar, damar yoluyla hastalara veriliyor.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Tedavi tamamland\u0131ktan sonra, tedaviye olan cevab\u0131n da yine Pozitron Emisyon Tomografi cihaz\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenerek belirlendi\u011fini anlatan U\u011fur, tedavi ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Teranostik radyoaktif ila\u00e7lar, kanser tedavisinde kullan\u0131lan di\u011fer klasik tedavilerden farkl\u0131 olarak normal h\u00fccrelere etki etmeden veya \u00e7ok az etki ederek, do\u011frudan kanser h\u00fccresine gitmektedir. Verilen hedefe y\u00f6nelik ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f radyoaktif ila\u00e7lar &#8216;sihirli mermi&#8217; gibi sadece kanser h\u00fccresinde tutuluyor.
