A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131caklar\u0131n e\u011fer tedbir al\u0131nmazsa s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na neden olabildi\u011fi ifade edilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, bu durumun daha \u00e7ok s\u0131cak hava ve y\u00fcksek nemin ayn\u0131 anda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc durumlarda ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, &#8220;A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131ca\u011fa maruz kalmaktan sak\u0131nmak, yeterli s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimine \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermek, v\u00fccudunun terle birlikte tuz kaybetti\u011fini de unutmadan yerine koymak gerekiyor.&#8221; ifadeleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine yer verilen Prof. Dr. Sezer de s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131n\u0131n, y\u00fcksek ate\u015f, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, ter miktar\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131 gibi belirtiler g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini, daha a\u011f\u0131r durumlarda ise bilin\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, n\u00f6bet ve hatta komaya kadar giden sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar, ya\u015fl\u0131lar, askerler ve atletler gibi g\u00fcne\u015fte egzersiz yapan gen\u00e7lerde daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc vurgulayan Sezer, &#8220;S\u0131cak ve nemli hava ko\u015fuluna maruz kalma, yetersiz s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131, alkol al\u0131m\u0131 ve s\u0131cak ortamda uzun s\u00fcreli ve yo\u011fun egzersiz s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyen fakt\u00f6rlerdir.&#8221; de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;\u0130la\u00e7 kullananlar dikkat etmeli&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Sezer, nem oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda v\u00fccudun kendini so\u011futma kapasitesinin azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131 ihtimalinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklar, 65 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc bireyler, kronik hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlar, kalp, b\u00f6brek, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunan, kilolu ki\u015filerde s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131 riski daha da artmaktad\u0131r. \u0130drar s\u00f6k\u00fcc\u00fc, diyet ila\u00e7lar\u0131, n\u00f6rolojik ila\u00e7lar, uyku ila\u00e7lar\u0131 ve sakinle\u015ftirici ila\u00e7lar\u0131 kullananlar \u00f6zellikle dikkat etmelidir. \u0130leri ya\u015ftaki bireylerin susama merkezi uyar\u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7 olabilmekte ve susad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 fark edememektedir. Bu nedenle ya\u015fl\u0131 yak\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n mutlaka ne kadar su i\u00e7ti\u011fini takip etmek gerekmektedir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa maruziyet durumunda ter ile yaln\u0131zca su de\u011fil, tuz ve potasyum kayb\u0131n\u0131n da g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulunan Sezer, su t\u00fcketiminin mineral kayb\u0131n\u0131 dengeleyecek i\u00e7eceklerle desteklenmesi gerekti\u011fini, soda, tuzlu ayran, so\u011fuk bitki \u00e7aylar\u0131 t\u00fcketilmesi gerekti\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Kafeinli ve alkoll\u00fc i\u00e7ecekler t\u00fcketilmemeli&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Bir litre suya yar\u0131m \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 tuz, yar\u0131m \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 yemek sodas\u0131 ekleyerek t\u00fcketilebilece\u011fi bilgisini veren Sezer, kafeinli ve alkol i\u00e7eren i\u00e7eceklerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>Sezer, s\u0131cak havalarda spor yapanlara y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nerilerde bulunarak, &#8220;Egzersiz s\u0131ras\u0131nda s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131n\u0131n ilk belirtisi kas kramplar\u0131d\u0131r. Y\u00fcksek tempolu egzersizlerde saatlik s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131 3-4 litreye kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilmektedir. Terlerken su ile tuz kayb\u0131 olmakta ve v\u00fccut tuz miktar\u0131 azalmaktad\u0131r.
