Ayn\u0131 zamanda s\u0131cak hava, kaslarda gev\u015femeye yol a\u00e7\u0131yor ve kaslar\u0131n k\u0131salmas\u0131na da neden olabiliyor. \u00c7ok s\u0131cak havalar, kaslar \u00fczerinde olumsuz etkilere yol a\u00e7abiliyor.&#8221; bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu etkilerin ge\u00e7ici oldu\u011funu ve s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n normal de\u011ferlere inmesiyle ge\u00e7ece\u011fini aktaran \u00c7ak\u0131rbay, s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;S\u0131cak, a\u011fr\u0131 bulgular\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rabiliyor. \u00d6te yandan, artan hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fiklik eklemlerde hassasiyet ve a\u011fr\u0131 hissine yol a\u00e7abilir. Eklem ve kaslarda s\u0131ca\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 geli\u015febilen durumlar, hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n etkiyebildi\u011fi ba\u015fka hastal\u0131klarla ilgili olarak da g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. S\u0131cak havada, kardiyak problemler, tansiyon gibi hastal\u0131klar da art\u0131\u015f olabildi\u011finden, bu hastal\u0131klara ba\u011fl\u0131 de eklemlerde sorun ya\u015fanabilir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cak hava, kaslar\u0131 etkileyerek ki\u015filerde yorgunlu\u011fa zemin haz\u0131rlayabiliyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/40b5e6df-807a-4c96-8fee-5e91cbea23a3\/2023%2FAgustos%2Fchm2.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde d\u00fczenli ve yeterli fiziksel aktivenin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen \u00c7ak\u0131rbay, \u00f6zellikle 35 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar kemi\u011fi g\u00fc\u00e7lendirici h\u00fccrelerin aktif oldu\u011funu, 35-50 aras\u0131nda bu h\u00fccrelerin belli bir dengede durdu\u011funu ve 50 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra ise h\u00fccrelerde y\u0131k\u0131m ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ak\u0131rbay, &#8220;Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, ilerleyen ya\u015flarda kemik erimesiyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in gen\u00e7 ya\u015flarda mutlaka egzersiz yap\u0131lmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bu nedenle \u00e7ocuklar, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famlar\u0131nda mutlaka bir sporla ilgilenmeli ya da d\u00fczenli egzersiz program\u0131 yapmal\u0131.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cak havalarda evde uzun s\u00fcre kal\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan basit egzersizlerin ak\u015fam ve sabahlar\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa i\u015faret eden \u00c7ak\u0131rbay, s\u0131rt, bacak, boyun, bel, el ve omurgaya y\u00f6nelik basit fiziksel aktivite hareketlerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/40b5e6df-807a-4c96-8fee-5e91cbea23a3\/2023%2FAgustos%2Fchm3.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Yetersiz fiziksel aktivite, kas k\u00fctlesinin zay\u0131flamas\u0131na yol a\u00e7acak&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Fizyoterapist Deniz \u015eahin de a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cak havan\u0131n hareketsiz ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesine neden olabildi\u011fini belirterek, &#8220;Hava s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesiyle birlikte insanlar daha hareketsiz bir ya\u015fam tarz\u0131na b\u00fcr\u00fcnebiliyor. Bu d\u00f6nemde, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam aktivitelerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak ek egzersizlerin yap\u0131lmamas\u0131, daha sonra bir davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine neden olabiliyor.
