{"id":10846,"date":"2023-08-01T19:21:29","date_gmt":"2023-08-01T19:21:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kraios.app\/news\/saglik\/2023\/08\/01\/turk-profesorun-seffaf-goruntuleme-teknolojisi-yapay-zeka-destegiyle-kansere-yeni-cozumler-getirecek\/"},"modified":"2023-08-01T19:21:29","modified_gmt":"2023-08-01T19:21:29","slug":"turk-profesorun-seffaf-goruntuleme-teknolojisi-yapay-zeka-destegiyle-kansere-yeni-cozumler-getirecek","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kraios.app\/news\/saglik\/2023\/08\/01\/turk-profesorun-seffaf-goruntuleme-teknolojisi-yapay-zeka-destegiyle-kansere-yeni-cozumler-getirecek\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00fcrk profes\u00f6r\u00fcn &#8220;\u015feffaf g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme&#8221; teknolojisi yapay zeka deste\u011fiyle kansere yeni \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler getirecek"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>H\u00fccreleri, dokular\u0131 ve fare gibi t\u00fcm organizmalar\u0131 \u015feffafla\u015ft\u0131rma teknolojisi, kanser ilac\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na yeni bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 kazand\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bBu teknoloji sayesinde, daha \u00f6nce g\u00f6r\u00fclemeyecek kadar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin saptanmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale geldi.<\/p>\n<p>Bilkent \u00dcniversitesi Molek\u00fcler Biyoloji ve Genetik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc&#8217;nden 2003&#8217;te mezun olan ve halen Almanya M\u00fcnih \u00dcniversitesi Doku M\u00fchendisli\u011fi ve Rejeneratif T\u0131p Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten Prof. Dr. Ali Ert\u00fcrk, 2018&#8217;de dokular\u0131n ve \u00f6l\u00fc farenin \u015feffafla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 teknolojisini geli\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/76bad36d-1411-48e8-a1ae-b65e58872c06\/01.06%2F14%2F4%2F20230801_2_59722334_91516025.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Ert\u00fcrk, son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda ise bu teknolojiyi kullanarak organlar\u0131n ve dokular\u0131n daha \u00f6nce g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f netlik ve detayda taranmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak \u00f6zellikle kanser ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir geli\u015fmeye \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kanser ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 kurumlar\u0131ndan Cancer Research UK taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, yeni tarama tekni\u011finin \u00e7ok zengin potansiyel ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve mevcut teknolojilerle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kanser te\u015fhis ve tedavisinde yeni bir d\u00f6nemin ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada, kanser h\u00fccrelerinin daha olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flarken g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclendi\u011fi yeni teknolojinin, bu a\u015famadaki kanserlerin tedavisinde de b\u00fcy\u00fck ba\u015far\u0131 getirece\u011fi, daha az hayvan deneyi yap\u0131larak yapay zekayla hastal\u0131k te\u015fhis ve tedavisinde \u00f6nemli bir a\u015famaya ge\u00e7ildi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/76bad36d-1411-48e8-a1ae-b65e58872c06\/01.06%2F14%2F4%2F20230801_2_59722334_91516022.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;S\u00fct\u00fc suya \u00e7evirmek&#8230;&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Ali Ert\u00fcrk, AA muhabirine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce \u00f6l\u00fc dokular\u0131 patentli baz\u0131 kimyasal sol\u00fcsyonlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde suyunu \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131p &#8220;\u015feffafla\u015ft\u0131rabildikleri&#8221; bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, bunu \u00f6l\u00fc fareler \u00fczerinde g\u00f6sterdiklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Son ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda ise bu farelerin i\u00e7inin iyi \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenmesini sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Ert\u00fcrk, DISCO \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131n\u0131 verdikleri y\u00f6ntemin &#8220;s\u00fct\u00fc suya \u00e7evirmeye benzedi\u011fini&#8221; kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Ert\u00fcrk, &#8220;S\u00fct\u00fcn i\u00e7ine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir \u015fey g\u00f6remezsiniz. S\u00fct birdenbire su olsa, bu sefer lazerli mikroskoplarla i\u00e7ini tarayabilirsin. Tek bir kanser h\u00fccresini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn. Bu y\u00f6ntemle art\u0131k kanser daha olu\u015fmadan t\u00fcm\u00f6r olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flayan h\u00fccreyi g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleyebiliyoruz.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eeffafla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 dokular\u0131, geli\u015ftirdikleri lazer sayesinde t\u00fcm detaylar\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleyebildiklerini bildiren Ert\u00fcrk, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;B\u00fct\u00fcn fareyi \u015feffaf hale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fckten sonra i\u00e7indeki biyolojik sistemleri h\u00fccre seviyesinde tarayabiliyoruz. Bu \u015fekilde kanser gibi hastal\u0131klar\u0131 h\u00fccre seviyesinde g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleyip h\u00fccre seviyesinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler bulabiliyoruz. B\u00fcy\u00fck kanserleri g\u00f6rmek, bulmak \u00e7ok sorun de\u011fil. Ama insanlar genelde b\u00fcy\u00fck kanserlerden de\u011fil h\u00fccre seviyesindeki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kanserlerden \u00f6l\u00fcyor. Bu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kanserler v\u00fccuda yay\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra de\u011fi\u015fik b\u00f6lgelerde b\u00fcy\u00fcy\u00fcp insan\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrebiliyor. Bu mekanizmalar\u0131 iyi anlayabilmemiz i\u00e7in kanser ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 fareler \u00fczerinde h\u00fccre seviyesinde yap\u0131yoruz. Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz yeni teknoloji h\u00fccre seviyesindeki detaylar\u0131 g\u00f6rmemizi sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme teknolojileri yapay zekayla detayl\u0131 ve h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde analiz ediliyor. Bu \u015fekilde art\u0131k h\u00fccre h\u00fccre v\u00fccutta olu\u015fan hastal\u0131klar\u0131 anlay\u0131p onlara kar\u015f\u0131 yeni tedaviler geli\u015ftirebiliyoruz. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kanser h\u00fccrelerini g\u00f6r\u00fcp, b\u00f6ylece onlar\u0131 daha yay\u0131lmadan yok edebilecek yeni \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler ara\u015ft\u0131rabiliyoruz.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada yapay zekan\u0131n \u00f6nemine i\u015faret eden Ert\u00fcrk, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u015eu an beyinle ilgili hastal\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmemiz \u00e7ok kolay de\u011fil. Halen daha \u00e7ok kompleks olan insan beynini anlam\u0131\u015f de\u011filiz. Bunu ba\u015farabilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 ilerleyen, \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapabilen tekniklere ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Bizim geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz \u015feffafl\u0131k metodunu yapay zeka ile birle\u015ftirerek y\u0131llarca s\u00fcrebilecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 art\u0131k belki saatler i\u00e7inde tamamlayabiliyoruz. B\u00f6ylece kompleks olan belki milyonlarca sebebi olan Alzheimer gibi hastal\u0131klar\u0131n \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde sebeplerine tek tek bak\u0131p onlara kar\u015f\u0131 yeni ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler bulabilecek bir konuma ula\u015ft\u0131k. Bu y\u00fczden \u00e7ok heyecanl\u0131y\u0131z. Bizim bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131z bize daha \u00f6nce yapamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, yava\u015f yava\u015f ilerleyen bilimi \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 yapmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Yapay zekay\u0131 kullanarak yak\u0131n zamanda kompleks olan hastal\u0131klar\u0131 kanser, Alzheimer gibi hastal\u0131klara daha etkili \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler bulabilece\u011fimizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/76bad36d-1411-48e8-a1ae-b65e58872c06\/01.06%2F14%2F4%2F20230801_2_59722334_91516024.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>Ama\u00e7 te\u015fhis ve tedavide yapay zekaya ge\u00e7mek<\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Ert\u00fcrk, farenin, biyolojik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan organizma oldu\u011funu belirterek, &#8220;Genetik olarak y\u00fczde 90&#8217;n\u0131n \u00fczerinde insanla benzerlik var. Ancak fare \u00fczerinde deney yapmak \u00e7ok kolay de\u011fil. Farelerle al\u0131nan sonu\u00e7lar, her zaman insanlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131yor. \u0130la\u00e7 geli\u015ftirme ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 ise 10-15 sene s\u00fcr\u00fcyor ve maliyeti de 2 milyar dolar\u0131 bulabiliyor. \u0130la\u00e7 geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok bilgi gerekiyor. Fareler \u00fczerinde v\u00fccudun h\u00fccre d\u00fczeyindeki haritas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p yapay zekaya ge\u00e7meyi hedefliyoruz.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8220;Yapay zeka ile ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcmler yazs\u0131nlar&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Bilimde hedefin \u00e7ok fazla hayvan deneyi yapmadan bilgisayarda yapay zekay\u0131 e\u011fiterek biyolojik hastalar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek, en iyi ila\u00e7lar\u0131 ve tedavileri geli\u015ftirmek oldu\u011funu kaydeden Ert\u00fcrk, &#8220;Amac\u0131m\u0131z, v\u00fccuttaki de\u011fi\u015fik hastal\u0131klar\u0131, sistemleri anlay\u0131p onlar\u0131 yapay zekada sim\u00fcle etmek ve h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde hastal\u0131klara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulabilecek y\u00f6ne gitmek. Bunu ba\u015farmak art\u0131k daha kolay.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ert\u00fcrk, gen\u00e7lere yapay zeka ile ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri tercih etmelerini, yapay zeka uzmanlar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Ali Ert\u00fcrk, kanser ve alzheimer gibi hastal\u0131klar i\u00e7in yeni tedaviler geli\u015ftirmeyi hedefleyen biyoteknoloji giri\u015fimi \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com.tr\/uploads\/userFiles\/76bad36d-1411-48e8-a1ae-b65e58872c06\/01.06%2F14%2F4%2F20230801_2_59722334_91516034.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<h3>G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemede yeni d\u00f6nem<\/h3>\n<p>Bilkent \u00dcniversitesi Fen Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye Bilimler Akademisi (T\u00dcBA) \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Tayfun \u00d6z\u00e7elik ise mezunlar\u0131 Ert\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi teknolojinin kanser ila\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Biyopsi \u00f6rneklerinde al\u0131nan dokular\u0131n da bu teknikle art\u0131k \u015feffafla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilece\u011fini dile getiren \u00d6z\u00e7elik, &#8220;Yeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclemede yeni bir d\u00f6nemin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131.
